Everytime I’ve done the Cyclovia events in LA, I’ve booked my bike rental through Unlimited Biking. Even though they’re the only biking company that caters to the event. Ive always enjoyed the ease of booking online, and whenever I’ve needed to get in contact with someone it’s been easy through the toll free number. The staff are pleasant , and very understanding. The one complaint I do have isn’t really their fault but with the Cyclovia event that was held yesterday , Unlimited Biking was stationed 4 miles away from the beginning of a 7 mile event.. I paid for a full day event but had to walk 4 miles to pick up my rental. And then was expected to drop it back off by 4pm and walk the additional 4 miles back to my car. However, I ended up riding the bike to my car and then putting it in the back of my compact RAV4. As I’m starting up my vehicle ready to drive off, I receive a phone call from the Unlimited Biking staff who was at the event. He politely asked when I’d be arriving to drop off the bike because they were beginning to load their van. I told him it’d take me 25 minutes due to street closures and asked if I could just drop bike off at the storefront in Santa Monica since that was only 19 minutes. If you know LA traffic, then you know every second or minute you can save them you will. He said that should be fine. I drove to the store which was located not too far from Santa Monica Pier. Finding parking wasn’t easy due to all the restaurants and hotel but I managed to nab one right in front of the store. I went inside and explained to the staff that I was bringing the bike from the event. That staff member called the staff that was at the event and they ok’d the drop off. It was a smooth transition. All in all, until I buy a bicycle of my own I will always look to Unlimited Biking for my biking needs. They also rent helmets and bike locks too

Bikes are well maintained and very comfortable. Fatemeh was a fantastic guide, informative and witty throughout our 3 hour tour around the big sights of Berlin. Would highly recommend this experience, especially if you’re pressed for time in the city and could benefit from an express experience that’s safe, fun and comprehensive.

This was a great experience! my sister and I rented the bikes for Ciclavia Culver City meets Venice ride. The rep (I can’t remember his name. We asked, but I forgot) at the site fully explained how to use the bike and gave tips on what to look for when buying an electric bike. The bike rode very nicely. Check in and check out were a snap!

I rented a bike and helmet thru Unlimited Biking, fairly last minute, for the Boston Triathlon. Pick up at the race location was so simple and smooth. The employees were knowledgeable and kind. Drop off after the race was even easier. So worth the monies if you are traveling or it's a 1st Tri and you don't own a proper bike. Will absolutely do this again!

Lovely guided tour of Central Park. Our Guide Paul was full of fun facts about the park and it's buildings, but also kept a good riding pace and therefore appropriate for all ages and ability. Would recommend.

Thor was great! He knew so much history and showed us the sights, keeping everyone safe. He made sure my 9 year old son was constantly fine riding with the group of 13. I highly recommend taking a tour with Thor.
