It was a great experience

We had an awesome time touring London on the bikes, and Hugo our guide was engaging and interesting to talk with. The route is flat and not strenuous at all. Highly recommend this tour.

Pros: Bikes were maintained and nice. Good location if trying to ride to Golden Gate. Cons: lacking customer service ie trying to get u in and out and starting your clock on u as soon as possible without making sure u fully understand the bike, where u have to go (they couldn't even give us the location or address of the ferry), u have found a helmet etc.

This was such a great time! We really enjoyed the freedom of the bicycle and the tour was very well done. Our guide, Jen, was so knowledgeable and fun to talk with. She was also so good with our kids.

We had a lovely bike ride, taking in the sights of London. Our guide told us many fun stories. I would recommend for kids 10+. We cycled at a nice pace and not too fast and it felt safe. I will be booking another one in a different city next year, I am hooked!

We did the Saturday morning 5+ hour bike tour with Binti and it was awesome! She is highly educated and extremely knowledgeable about both Berlin and the European historical context. Don't hesitate, just do it!

They are a company of thieves, liars, and scammers. After charging us $87.10, they asked us to physically leave our ID in the store. All over the world, ID documents must always be with us, so we refused to leave our ID and requested a cancellation of the payment since we never rented the bikes. They immediately denied us, saying they couldn't refund our money. They told us to call a phone number and send an email to an address to get our money back. Not only have they not refunded our money, they've also infuriated us by making calls and sending emails and treating us poorly over the phone. You are thieves and scammers.
