I got an equipment that was completely unusable (gear shift broken, chain always falling off), and despite suggesting an alternative could not get any replacement - so I was forced to refrain from everything. To top it all off the company refused to refund me my money back paid in advance although this was promised to me by the employees. What a terrible poor customer treatment, incredible!!!

I visited the location on Haight St. The employe3 who helped me, Cat, was amazing. Very friendly and was great with customers. There was a family in front of me and I had a chance to see the care she exhibited to make sure everything was set up and good to go with them. I’d give her 10 stars ⭐️ if that was the scale. She was great working with me to get my seat and everything just right before I left. Next time I’m in San Francisco and need a bike your shop is at the top of the list! When I dropped off the bike Jodi was super nice and took care of the return. ⭐️

Booked for the Chicago triathlon. Finding the tent as a first time user to pick up the bike was a little frustrating. Simple directions of ‘the tent is in the transition area’ on the order form would have been a lot more helpful than less than accurate addresses or call center employees giving vague directions over the phone. Otherwise pick up and drop off was quick and easy. Mechanics were great and quick at checking the bike and swapping out the pedals.
