Do NOT trust this company!!! We booked 3 weeks in advance for 2 e-bikes, but when we arrived got told none were available....why bother booking and paying in advance. Customer service was bad with a blunt angry woman the only one there. Three doors down were SO much better, and we walked in and got bikes.

The tour was good overall. Our tour guide Vlad was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had some bad luck with weather (it rained off and on all day) but we were still able to see all of the stops on the schedule. I guess my only issue is that this really should be advertised as a bike tour of “Versailles Park” with a quick stop at the palace once you drop your bike back off at the shop. It was a LONG day and we were so exhausted by the time we got to the palace that we hardly enjoyed it. The gardens and the canal and the Trianons are beautiful too, I just sort of wish we’d gotten to see the palace first and then enjoy the outside areas after. Still a good tour…just want to set the expectations for others :-)
