We picked it up in the marina area. They had two other locations, one near union Square and one near Golden Gate Park. The tour with Dan was amazing, fun and very well organised! Apart from (obviously) riding a bike, the tour included a lot of photo places and also singing part (around John Lennon area) which was pretty cool. Definitely would recommend it and do it again, 10/10!

I went there yesterday with one other and we had an excellent time. We were helped by someone (I'm assuming the owner) who clearly cares deeply for ensuring everyone who walks through that door has a memorable customer experience. He was knowledgeable of the area, offered some suggestions, and (as per one of his suggestions) ultimately decided to visit Balboa park: it was gorgeous. We actually bumped into another couple who had rented a couple of ebikes for four hours (we went with two) and they were clearly having a similarly pleasant time. Speaking of ebikes, all of the equipment looked very well cared for, and though there were other options available, we also decided on trying out the ebikes and they were a blast. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for something to do in the area. Even if you don't think biking is your thing, they were incredibly simple to ride and made easy work of navigating around the city and park.
