We did an very nice bike tour on sunday 8-17-25 with Paul our guide at Unlimited Biking. We did the central Park highlights. Paul is very comitted and engaged. He has a very good energy en positive mindset. He told us a lot of fun facts and showed us around. It was great fun and i would defenitely recommend it. The Tour was really great, especially because of our guide Dan, he made the tour so interesting and he gave us a real NYC experience. I would recommend to do a tour with him rather than just rent bikes.

Extremely disappointing experience. The bikes were in terrible condition—old, poorly maintained, and frankly unsafe. The bottom bracket was broken, the gears weren’t adjusted properly, and the wheels were wobbly and uneven. It felt like the bikes hadn’t been serviced in ages. To make matters worse, the return time listed in the app was 8:00 PM, but the staff at the shop insisted on a return by 6:45 PM. This lack of consistency and communication was frustrating and inconvenient. I would never rent a bike from this place again. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Fantastic cycle tour of Rome. Very knowledgeable and friendly guide. Well paced, interesting stops and the audio headsets worked really well.

Sergio for a very knowledgeable and helpful guide. We learnt lots and he kept everyone safe as we navigated the crowds of Rome.

What a great tour, or as they say in the USA…awesome. Benham not only took us to all the known sites, he took us to less well known ones too. Answered all our questions in a polite and helpful manner and even gave us additional suggestions. I can thoroughly recommend this tour and hopefully you will be allocated Benham. After a recent fractured pelvis even I felt safe on a bike being aged over 70. Thank you Benham for helping to make such great memories of Washington.
