Our VIP Versailles bike tour was one of the most enjoyable days in our 10-day trip to three different European cities. Our guide was friendly, knowledgable, and fun!!

The bike chain of 3 of our 5 rental bikes came off several times and the saddle shifted out of place. As we mentioned this when returning the bikes, there was no apology, no discount- staff did not even care. Our first and last rental there!

E-bike tour was the best way to see the key monuments of the city. Matthew was a great guide. The National Mall is huge, I found it very challenging to see key monuments on foot in the single day when I visited DC in the past. With this tour we managed to visit major sights in 3 hours.

Joe is the best! He led us on an excellent tour and gave us great insights into the history and current developments of the city. We hit a little rain but he found us great spots to pause under shelter. And what a way to end at Pershing Park with a little surprise (no spoiler here!) The tour was excellent and I recommend it.
