Fantastic bike tour with our guide Shumit! We had an amazing bike tour through San Francisco with our guide Shumit. Right from the start, he created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The route was well planned and perfectly paced for the group, with plenty of stops for photos and interesting explanations. What really made the tour special were Shumit’s stories. He shared the history of the city with great enthusiasm and knowledge – from the Gold Rush and earthquakes to the diverse culture that defines San Francisco today. His storytelling made the ride both educational and highly engaging. The combination of stunning views, a bit of exercise, and fascinating stories made this a true highlight of our trip. Tim our guide was fantastic but the cashier and bike wrangler were rather curt. Best way to see all the big sights on the Mall! (vs. walking or one of those tourist buses) Scored a sweet deal on Groupon. The gears on my bike were basically non-functional, and some other folks in our group didn’t have kickstands. Would definitely recommend for the overall value and unique experience, but slightly disappointed with the customer service and equipment maintenance.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! UNRELIABLE BUSINESS AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I rented a high quality road bike for the Escape from Alcatraz triathlon as I was travelling from UK. 3 hrs before the event, they told me they didn't have a bike or any bike for me. I had already paid $500 for a 72hr rental. It took 21 days to get a refund. I got £50 less back than I paid. Plus I had the stress of finding a bike to hire just hrs before my bucket list event. Disgraceful service. An employee told me they had got the date of the event wrong and bikes were still in transit. They should have been honest and told me says before to enable me to find a replacement bike. But they lied and gave me false promises. You have so many options in San Fransisco. Don't use these guys. Blazing Saddles saved my day and got me a bike with an hour to spare. They were incredible!!!

I absolutely loved this tour and would recommend it to any friend who is interested in history, biking, and exploring the sprawling Versailles grounds. Our tour guide Nick was an incredible storyteller, and the tour was well paced. The bikes were great quality and allowed us to cover a lot of ground and see parts of Versailles that we would have missed otherwise. Though the palace itself was not part of the guided portion of the tour, I found it to be stuffy and overcrowded and far preferred being outside on our bikes. Shopping for the picnic lunch was also delightful, and Nick gave us great recommendations for which vendors to try. Huge thank you to Nick and the rest of the team for an amazing experience!

Road bike was well maintained. Glad to get to do an 30 mile ride in NYC without any mechanical issues. Easy to shift reservation due to weather by one day. Highly recommend.
