I was given a good quality bike and the guys made sure I was comfortable on it before I headed out. I’m impressed with all the bike lanes in DC and it was a wonderful afternoon!

We had a wonderful bike tour through San Francisco with our guide, Ben! He was an excellent storyteller and showed us all the highlights, which made the experience truly unforgettable. The only downside was returning the bikes,it was chaotic and disorganized and took a long time, but that was completely out of Ben’s contro

The Fat tire tours are now Get your guide and although the guide was knowledgeable, she was tardy getting to the meeting spot, and then we had a slow 20 minute walk to the tower. We booked a 7:30 tour hoping to be at the top for sunset. This was supposed to be skip the line. Not only was the line not skipped she ushered us into the longest line to get to the top platform. Others were walking up to the elevators and we waited for 20 more minutes!! We didn't get to the top until it was already dark after 8:30. I would not book this tour company again especially since it was the most expensive skip the line tour and there was no advantage at all.

We hired bikes for 2 adults and 2 kids through our Go City Pass. Pick up was seamless (TIP: you need to download the app and sign waiver beforehand). Bikes were great and they gave us easy directions to the bike path etc. highly recommend if you want to get all way round Central Park with stops to explore. We loved it!

My husband and I had the chance to do two tours with Unlimited Biking, and they were truly highlights of our time in Paris. We started with the Paris at Night tour, which took us to so many of the places we had hoped to see. Our guide, Vladamir, was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, and he planned the perfect route with breathtaking views along the way. Our second tour was the VIP Versailles experience with Dave—and it was unforgettable. We opted for the ebike, which was really fun, but you really don’t need it - the whole day flowed seamlessly. We were greeted at the train station with clear, easy instructions, then headed to the market to pick out items for a picnic later in the day. The ride through Versailles was stunning, and Dave presented history and insights in such a relatable, thoughtful way—so much more than just facts. Both tours were very different, but each was amazing in its own way. I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you, Dave and Vladamir, for making our trip so special!

We had a great tour of Berlin. Very easy to get around. Sam was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Berlin and wasn’t stumped by a single question (even the one on traffic lights). Thoroughly recommend.

Dan was a fabulous tour guide. He was super engaging, knowledgeable about the city and kept the ride high energy and fun. I have had unpleasant bike rentals, but unlimited biking, was efficient and the gear was all in great condition. I’d definitely use this company again.
