(Translated by Google) Friendly people, but the condition of the bikes was terrible. First, we were held up in Sausalito because we'd been given the wrong code for the lock. Then we had to return with two bikes because the battery was nearly dead after three hours and because the chain on one bike had fallen off several times. After receiving a different bike, it was even worse. The handlebars came loose and the brakes squealed so loudly that I irritated my group and the people around me. Listen to the video.

(Translated by Google) Matias is an excellent guide. He showed us all of Central Park, explaining absolutely everything in detail. He was attentive to us at all times. You can tell he loves what he does, and that comes across. We really enjoyed the experience and would recommend it 100%. This is a must-see in New York, and it's even better if the guide speaks Spanish. Amazing experience. The e-bike we rented was AWESOME! Had lots of power, battery lasted forever and the bike was super smooth and stable. The owner was terrific with helping us figure out a route and best way to get around the city in a safe way. Whenever we are in San Diego we are coming back here again. I HIGHLY recommend!

(Translated by Google) We had a lovely bike tour through Central Park, and Yvette led the tour with great charm; lots of good information and nice stories about Central Park! However, there's a big BUT, and therefore only 2 stars: The rental bikes were a complete disaster and turned what should have been a leisurely ride in the park into a real sporting challenge – what a shame!

We did the garden walking tour in Versailles and absolutely loved it. Our guide, Toby, was super knowledgeable and a true gentleman. He shared his scarf and gloves with some of the people on the tour - one being my daughter - because it was so cold. He also made learning the history really enjoyable. Each story was like a mini soap opera! Highly recommend!
