We loved our fat tire tour! It’s a great way to see the city, way better than walking in the heat. Our guide was awesome and patient with the kids (11 and 8). I highly recommend.

Toby was such a fabulous guide. Loved loved his stories he brought the palace to life :) Also so accommodating, calm, and generous with his time and expertise. We felt safe with our young kids on the ride.

Had a really fun night experiencing DC for the first time. Really knowledgeable tour guide, Tim. He showed us beautiful sites and even some fireflies added to the beauty of the ride.

We did the half day tour (4 hours) with Dave. He was fantastic! He was full of fun trivia and handled hiccups on the trip amazingly. He helped a kiddo who got lost, find his parents, and fixed a flat tire from one of us in the group. The tour had just enough biking around the city and Versailles and walking around for our two girls (7 & 9). We truly enjoyed seeing Petit Trianon, Marie Antoinette’s Grotto, and the Queens Hamlet. After we returned the bikes, we got to go into the main Palace at our own leisure. Highly recommend Fat Tire Tours for those who don’t have all day (8 hours) or have young kiddos like us.
