The 1 star is due to the zero safety briefing and road safety provided by our guide. We did a tour of Paris with the same company a few days ago and it was 100% safety focused. So we thought we would be in good hands. On our Paris tour, we obeyed all road rules and safety signs. At no point during our Paris tour, did we feel unsafe. Unfortunately for our Barcelona tour, I was nearly hit by a car twice while also observed a near miss of another guest on the tour. We did not receive a safety or road briefing beforehand, and during our trip, our guide just hopped on the bike, and off we went. During the tour, there were other guests who were giving slow down or stop hand signals, not our guide. At one point, I had to stop with my son and wife at the traffic lights while the guides continued on as we were not prepared to risk riding through a red light into traffic. Not very safe and it absolutely spoilt what could have been a great tour. SAFETY is and should have been the number 1 priority. Unfortunately, not on this tour.

What a wonderful time - we could have used a few more hours, maybe even another day to walk the gardens and see more of the palace. It was enjoyable being on the e-bikes but at times, felt like we were moving a little too slowly. Our guide was helpful.

(Translated by Google) We took the tour in Spanish with César, who was kind, friendly, and respectful. We made several stops at iconic spots in the park. The tour was two hours long, but it felt too short! (Original) Hicimos el tour en español con César, amable, simpático y respetuoso. Hicimos varias paradas en lugares característicos del parque, el tour dura 2 horas pero se nos hizo corto!

Rented a bike for a ride in Golden Gate Park and Kat was super friendly and helpful! The bike are on the older side and the store is bare bones. But the location and hours are good.
