We recently had the pleasure of joining a guided bike tour through Berlin Mitte with Fat Tire Tours, and by sheer luck, our guide was Marco – and wow, what an experience! We were a group of 14 men, and let’s be honest, keeping that many guys engaged for 3 hours isn’t an easy task. But Marco pulled it off effortlessly. His deep knowledge of Berlin’s history – from Prussian grandeur to Cold War intrigue – was matched by his witty, engaging storytelling style that kept us hooked from start to finish. He struck the perfect balance between historical depth and humor, making even the most complex chapters of Berlin’s past feel accessible and fascinating. His pacing was spot-on, the route was well thought-out, and he tailored the experience brilliantly to our group. I’ve done guided tours in cities all over the world, but Marco is without a doubt one of the best guides I’ve ever had. His passion, charisma, and knowledge turned what could have been just another sightseeing trip into a truly memorable experience. If you’re planning a tour in Berlin and have the chance to ride with Marco – take it. You won’t regret it. Highly, highly recommended.

Yael was fabulous the whole ride through! She shared lots of knowledge, mixed with appropriate humor along the way, which can be difficult given a lot of the subject matter. The bikes were super comfy and well maintained. We had a great group, with lots of inquisitive minds… What a treat, and special part of our holiday in Berlin! Would do this tour again in a minute! Had a wonderful tour with Dan in Central Park. It was a very hot day so it ended up been only us two on the cycle tour. Dan went over and above for us. He played our favourite music as we cycled on a speaker. Stopped at many interesting spots and took our photos . To top it all off he got a busker to play our favourite Beatle song at the strawberry fields part of Central Park and to our surprise Dan also sings and played guitar to another Beatles song . Brilliant tour and was made exceptional by Dan. 100/10 thank you for a wonderful Bike Tour.

I had an amazing experience renting an electric bike, and I can't recommend it enough! The bikes were in excellent condition—smooth, powerful, and perfect for exploring the area without getting worn out. Everything from pickup to return was seamless and stress-free. A special shoutout to Jodi for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the bikes and knew the best local routes to take. Her attention to detail and warm attitude made the whole experience even better. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers having a great time. What a great way to see San Francisco! Shumit was an incredible tour guide. He was so knowledgeable and shared so much of San Francisco history. He was also very patient and understanding when one of the kids in our party was having a little trouble learning how to use the e-bike. I would definitely do this tour again!
