We rented 2 bikes online and the whole process was super easy and straightforward. Picking them up was quick and smooth. The bikes were in great condition and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, they gave us an extra lock for added security and even provided elastic straps so we could attach our bags to the rear racks. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, polite, and very helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a possible rainy day experience, but Annie made it very positive. We were able to make it though the entire tour before riding beck to the drop off location in the rain. The entire group loved it all, even on a cloudy day we had lots of laughs and an amazing time! Would do this again with Annie anytime ❤️
