Other companies might cancel in that situation, but not here. Josh was incredibly sympathetic, full of fun little facts about London, and always happy to answer our questions. What an amazing way to explore London.

This was our second time booking with this company, and it was just as good as the first. Our tour guide was Hugo, and he was interesting and engaging. In addition to our party of four, there were about 8-10 other people on the tour. We felt safe at all times, despite electing to not wear helmets (!). My only criticism, and this is minor, is that the route and the stories that Hugo told were very similar to what we heard on our last tour in 2023. It would be nice if the company could mix up the itinerary. There's a nearly unlimited number of places to go and things to see. Despite this, we enjoyed ourselves immensely!!

The bikes here were amazing! We booked it for 1 day rental and it was our first time using Electric Bikes. Connie , Raul, and Ariel were super helpful and knowledgeable! Bikes were better than we were expecting! Definitely will rent here again!

Leaving four stars because the bikes functioned as expected and seemed to be in good repair. Five-star suggestions: phone holders should be provided as part of the rental, even if it costs a few extra euro. It’s not legal to use handheld devices while biking in Germany, so anybody who rents a bike (without joining a tour) will likely need one. For a large company, we were surprised to find that they lacked this equipment (unlike, for example, their small local competitor, Mike’s Bikes). We enjoyed biking around the city, but small (essential) touches like this make for 5-star experiences. Thanks for the bikes.

Extraordinary customer service and quality bikes. My wife and i rented 2 ebikes from this establishment. The person that helped us was super informative and wanted to make sure we had the best experience, which we did. The bikes were in great shape and didnt feel unsafe at any point. Ebikes have plenty of power for big guy like me. Will definitely recommend this place.

Blake did a great job of navigating us through the blocked streets (gran prix race) for our night time e-bike monuments tour. It was hot and humid that day so having a night tour was a lot cooler and in my opinion the monuments are more beautiful lite. The bikes were functional but well worn. All in all a great time.
