Jose was fantastic-informed and respectful in the way he shared the history with us. He made sure everyone was included, took the time to answer every question. Was both friendly and approachable. Jose made the whole experience engaging and enjoyable from start to finish. We would highly recommend Jose.

Dan did an awesome job leading our bike tour! He provided a lot of commentary about the history of Central Park and the various things we were seeing. He took numerous pictures and videos of each group on the tour as we were riding which was appreciated. He even sang a medley of Beatles songs when we stopped at Strawberry Fields in the park. I highly recommend Dan and Unlimited Biking when visiting NYC.

Excellent tour - best way to explore London

The staff at the Brooklyn Bridge location are friendly, patient and very helpful. The bikes were in excellent condition and rode smoothly. We had an amazing ride over the Brooklyn Bridge, through Brooklyn Heights and over to the Red Hook waterfront for the day. It was the perfect way to explore. I highly recommend using Unlimited Biking!

(Translated by Google) We went on a bike tour through Central Park. It was quite disappointing. Several points: - The tour was already booked and our information was provided, so we had to re-enter all sorts of information and were asked to leave our passports as a deposit. The company didn't seem to understand that we didn't think this was a good idea. - The insurance, which could be purchased for a substantial amount of money in case of damage. And when we refused, the company repeatedly insisted that any damage would cost money. - The very dirty bike helmets, covered in hair from other users. - The bike distribution: my 150cm tall daughter got a large bike and my 170cm tall wife. No, no, this is good for you, yes, yes ;) - The tour itself: a reasonable guide with a sprinkling of information from a book or a summary, which he'd given before and had less connection with. Overall feeling: rent a bike and explore on your own ;) (Original) Fietstocht door Central park gehad.

(Translated by Google) A very good experience. Welcoming, before setting off, we were provided with a helmet and a lock, which proved very useful for walking around Central Park, especially in areas accessible only by bicycle. The bike was new, equipped with a comfortable saddle, and perfectly suited for riding freely on New York's bike lanes. I highly recommend this bike rental agency.

I took part in the bike tour as part of a school trip and we had an excellent time and learnt a lot about the city. Our tour guide Sam was very engaging and had a deep insight into the history of Berlin. The tour was a great experience and I highly recommend it.
