We had a great experience with Fat Tire Bike Tours in Versailles! Our guide, Tasha (Natasha), was fantastic, engaging, knowledgeable, and great with the kids. We were two families (4 adults and 4 children), and the pace of the tour was just right. We loved being able to bike through the beautiful Versailles grounds and enjoyed a lovely picnic along the way. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and memorable way to see Versailles!

Visiting Berlin with a group at a conference, we signed up for this bike tour around the city. Yael was our guide. What a treat this tour was and all of us felt it was a highlight of our one week long stay in Berlin. Yael did an amazing job as our guide! We got so much history about the city and different epochs of the city, Yale’s fun humor made it all extra memorable. A unique experience! Thank you!

Arrived at 9.30 today, it was busy but the queue moved quickly and there was lots of staff. We were given a 1-hour free ride voucher from our hotel, which they took! Result! We ended up hiring for 3 hours and paying for 2 hoursl. You will need to hire for 2 hours or 4 hours, but the lady said we can keep it for one 1hr longer, and you only charged half the price. Remember, you are not allowed to ride on the foot path/ sidewalk. You are only allowed to cycle on the cycle paths in Central Parc. You will be fined if you cycle on the wrong paths. Download the app beforehand and sign the wavier to save time. We were given a a chain and helmets. Bikes were in good condition. We didnt bother with the insurance. Nothing was checked, and no one cared. Highly recommend.

The girl I spoke to who took the reservation was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, my good experience ended there. The bikes were name brands but in poor condition. I had to test ride three bikes before I found one that worked properly (and even then, the gears slipped constantly when climbing hills). The girl at the counter with the rainbow painted on her face was rude and hardly even acknowledged my presence while I was checking in. She only brightened up for a moment when the guy helping me pick out a bike mentioned that it was a busy week for them because it was Pride Week in DC. She quickly reverted to her foul mood. I got much better service and equipment from Griffin Bikes. That's where I will be taking my business from now on.

Fat Tire gave us a fantastic bike tour today in Paris, including the Place de la Concorde, Louvre grounds, and the Eiffel Tower. It was a perfect afternoon activity.
