Our family took the evening bike tour with Jay and enjoyed every minute of it. We chose electric bikes which made it super nice and effortless. The other family in our group had regular bikes and did just fine. I had never seen the Roosevelt Memorial before because it is out of the way, but the bike tour was perfect for that. Jay stayed with our bikes as we visited each memorial so we were able to get close to each one. The only thing that would have made it better is if the bike company had dedicated electric bike tours so we could have traveled a little faster and seen more.

Service was fast and helpful. They let me adjust my reservation last minute and helped getting my pedals on and off. I rented a carbon road bike but ended up with the wrong size. I'm sure if I had noticed before I got back to the hotel they would have gotten me the correct one. Front derailleur would not shift the small ring
