William was great - bikes were set out and ready to go at rental time and even though we ran late on return, he got us checked back in. Thanks William

We did the Berlin tour with Thor who was a great tour guide. His knowledge is amazing and we really enjoyed the 3 hour tour with him. He was really enthusiastic and helpful for our trip. We did this on our first full day and would really recommend that to get your bearings and tick off a lot of the main sites. We were lucky to have him to ourselves as the only 2 crazy Scottish people to sign up for a November bike ride! He had lots of props to teach us all about the city like chalk on the pavement and laminated photos! Thanks Thor!
