Hi - had a great 3 hours on my Ebike with Adrian and 12 others in our group. He looked after us really well - made sure we stayed as a group and were safe. He was very entertaining and informative. Brilliant way to see the sites of the wonderful city of Florence! My wife had the idea to rent bikes and I personally thought it would be a bit tricky given the streets are filled with people and cars. We have three boys aged 3, 12, 13 and we rented 4 bikes with the 3 year old having a seat with me. They provided a lot of great information of where to go and the bikes were a great quality, each to use with a couple of adults that have not ridden a bike for a long time. Considering the terrific time we had, a real highlight of our time in Florence, the pricing was excellent. We ended up along the Arno River and there was plenty of room and then headed up into the hills. It was beautiful and thoroughly enjoyable. The staff and quality of the product was perfect. They were very friendly and helpful, one of them was finishing work for the day but stayed to help set up the bike for my 3 year old. We don't really enjoy having guides so simply rented the bikes to roam the streets. We wanted to explore and simply enjoy the surroundings. This was truly a highlight of our time in Italy.

Where do I start? We arrived at 10 and had to queue for 1.5 hours before getting our bikes. The bikes had no basket (despite what Booking.com tells), 3 times the chain went down on 2 different bikes and we were only able to fix it with the help of a fellow biker. The bikes all had very bad gears so it was impossible to climb the hills of central park. Also they were so dirty that we had to wash our hands on an hourly basis. The price is not worth and the overall experience was bad. I recommend to go for city bikes which are far better and cheaper.

Had a tour today in Washington DC. Benham was my tour guide. He was passionated about the city and told a lot of nice facts. In three hours you see the whole National mall and all the hot tourist spot. Defenetly enjoyed my time
