Dave, our guide, was excellent. It was a perfect day; lots of great advice to get lunch, a beautiful spot in the garden to eat, and great historical information without being too detailed. Going into the palace was very busy, but nothing can be done about that.

Guido was exceptional! This was the best tour and the best tour guide we had in all of our Italy trip. He was funny, easy to understand and gave us such great tips on traveling around Italy. I would 1000% recommend his tour. Also the skip the line is a must have! It was beyond every expense to not waste our vacation waiting in line.

Great place to rent a bike when in NYC. I can only speak to the location by the Brooklyn Bridge, but they have reasonable rates (for a big city) -- especially for the hybrid bikes which are light and fast aluminum Specialized flat-bar hybrids - all you really need when riding around the city. The bikes come with a handlebar bag and a helmet and lock if you want them. The e-bikes looked well constructed and outfitted though I didn't ride one of those. They also have aluminum road bikes and carbon road bikes for a higher price if you are looking for that. Booking was easy online but I went direct to the store by the in the morning and they had plenty of bikes (on a Tuesday). The counter staff was helpful and knowledgeable and friendly - all-in-all a good experience. Make sure to check air pressure on the tires before leaving, my back tire was a little low and I had to stop somewhere in Brooklyn and find a bike shop to fill it up.
