The bikes were in excellent condition, seemed quite new actually. Previously, when we rented bikes in Berlin, their condition was suspect...and yet those bikes were actually more expensive than the ones we rented with Unlimited bikes. Great service overall. Nice to have found a go to bike rental service in Berlin, as we go there frequently.

Kevin was great! Very knowledgeable about New York in general and the specific places he took is to in particular! We were only 2 riders on the tour and it felt like a private excursion. Great way to explore Manhattan and Brooklyn!

Did the 3.5 hour ebike tour. Our guide was Benjamen. Great tour and good to see a snapshot of all the sites around Manhatten. As this tour runs over lunchtime, I think they should add a stop where you stop for pizza. I got hungry. It would also be awesome if the tour operator offered to take pics of you at the key sites. Otherwise it was awesome

Very nice bike tour! Bikes are good, small groups, and cover a wide area. Benjamin was an awesome tour guide! Answered all of my questions and made sure the group was safe. Would really love for the company to get some audio & mic, cause sometimes you can barely hear him. I recommend doing more stops to give more information in quiet (er) spaces if not!
