Everything about this tour was fantastic. The food market was enjoyable with a wide selection. Bikes were in great condition. We upgraded to an E bike, which, Although not necessary was a nice benefit the best part, however, was our guide, “OJ”. He brought history to life through his stories. Fantastic!!

I was so disappointed with how the company handled our issue. I hope they adopt a better way to resolve issues caused by malfunctioning equipment, inconsistent communication, and then a lack of communication. The 1 star is due to friendly staff at the location. We rented 5 bikes with insurance during a family weekend (where we flew to DC.). We rode for 1 mile, 2 bikes malfunctioned (1 chain broke and another bike’s handle bars slowly dropped until it was upside down)- making both non-rideable. We called it in, they “had to see when they could get someone there”. We waited then offered to walk them back due to another appointment. The manager said he called Corporate and we’d get a refund since we couldn’t take our trip and lost our time. Long story short, they didn’t keep their word. They offered us 5 coupons to use within a year. We explained their company is not in any of our cities so that doesn’t work. We asked if they could keep their word for a refund. They said they would talk with Corporate and then stopped responding to my status requests. This was so disappointing and a loss of our money.
