Great customer service! They helped our big family of 7 get fitted with the right bikes and made all of the adjustments for a smooth ride. They reassured us if we had a chain fall off or any mechanical problems to call them and they’d meet us anywhere on the trail to repair. The bikes were in decent shape and we felt like we were in good hands. The only recommendation I have is to have one of the employees lead the riders out to the trail and point them in the right direction. It’s not clear where the Mt. Vernon trail starts, which direction to go and where the trail begins and ends. You have to ride through the city to find the trail and several times you get off and on the trail which can be super confusing. We got lost a few times and had to rely on locals out walking to redirect us. Other than that, we had a good experience!
