This place is a complete disappointment. The bikes are nothing like what’s shown in the description. They are extremely hard to ride, very uncomfortable( I mean I don’t feel my ass right now )and clearly not maintained properly. The gear shifters on the handle don’t even work, and the chain keeps slipping off, which makes it unsafe and frustrating. On top of that, the staff are very rude and unhelpful. They don’t care about customers at all and act like they’re doing you a favor just by being there. I strongly recommend people avoid this place. It feels like a total scam and not worth your money at all.

The staff at Unlimited Biking were super nice! The process to get our bikes was very quick and smooth. As for the tour, Ron was an excellent guide! It ended up being a private tour at the halfway point when the third guest had to leave, so he was able to tailor the tour to our interests even more and really take our time with it. He was very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable about many things. My partner and I don't bike much, so I was worried we'd get left behind, but we rode at a great pace, and Ron offered many opportunities to stop for a quick rest, water break, and photos. Highly recommend this experience if you want to see a lot in a short amount of time. We ended up seeing everything we wanted to and more!
