We had an absolutely incredible time — this tour exceeded our expectations in every way. The bikes were excellent — comfortable Specialized hybrids with smooth gears and great brakes. The route was fantastic and gave us the chance to see so many different neighborhoods; it was exactly what we were hoping for. The real highlight, though, was our guide, John. He was friendly, accommodating, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the city — you can tell he’s lived here his whole life. It was a joy listening to him share stories and insights along the way. This is hands-down the best way to experience NYC, and of all the bike tours we’ve done around the world, this one easily takes the top spot. Highly recommend — and if you can, ask for John!
