Richard G great tour on a very busy day in Central Park. He ahared a good overview of the parks highlights and history. He manage a very big group of mixed nationalities and language challenges. Overall felt very safe weaving through an NYCRR through the park would recommend unlimited biking to others very clean process easy to manage

Matt was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had. He did not rush us through the tour and made sure we had time for photos. He put safety first at all times and made sure we felt comfortable. We had a great time!

At the end of an afternoon rental, found one of the e-bikes we rented had a flat rear tire. I called the store to find out what to do. The number goes to a national center, not the local store. I ended up having to find a local light rail station - I’m from out of town, no idea where anything is - and bring it back to the store. No apologies for a bad experience or attempt to make anything right. Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in San Diego. Stay classy Unlimited Biking.

Shavas was absolutely amazing. My friend and myself had never been on electric bikes and Shavas took his time and not only instructed us but lead us on his bike to the main road. The price was very affordable I just wish we had more time to ride. I would highly recommend Unlimited Biking especially for beginners.
