The lady who runs the Washington DC branckMayra Tarazona lacks professionalism she will flat out lie to you.Schedules appointments and completely blows them off,then will concoct a lie to cover up the fact that she blew off the interview and totally wasted your time.I will be reporting the company to the BBB along with the owner for allowing this type of behavior to go on with absolutely no consequences.The whole situation felt like borderline racism because of my skin color.

Recently we've done a bike tour with Thor through the city centre of Berlin. It was a great way of moving around quickly and see many of the important places in Berlin in a short time. Thor is a energetic guy with a lot of energy and knowledge about the (history) of Berlin. I really recommend to book a tour with him!

Used Unlimited Biking for the 5 Boro Bike Tour in NYC and am so happy I did! Traveling from out of town, the same day bike pick up and convenient drop off made everything easy and I didn't have to worry about storing/commuting. Pick up was a breeze with an easy QR code scan and quick bike fitting. While the bike I was given had some minor use damage (minor unraveling bar tape and a few scratches) it was comfortable and in working condition for my road bike expectations. I'm already looking at other rides in areas that partner with Unlimited. I'II definitely rent with them again!
