My family and I did a tour with the lovely Dave today. Dave’s historical and cultural knowledge was absolutely on point. He was attentive, inviting, and knew how to have a great conversation. The combination of a breezy bike ride, historical landmarks, perfectly manicured gardens and complementary facts and information made for an excellent time, that I would highly recommend.

Booked a few days in advance for a dutch Guided bike tour in Central Park. When we arrived we received our bikes and Helmets and they asked us to wait outside with the other group. After a few moment the guide from the English group asked us to wait there for the other guide (Dutch). After waiting 5 minutes on the corner of the street somebody from inside Came to us to explain there was a mistake. The guide was not available. We could join a Spanish group. When I asked if he could do the tour in Spanish and English ( We don't speak Spanish), that was not possible. Then we asked if we could catch the English group and join them, that was also not possible because it was full... Only alternative was to do the tour ourself with a Guided app. I asked for a smartphone holder but they Ran out. We tried to do the tour ourself but this was enjoyable. Holding the smartphone with 1 hand to navigate in a very Busy place, not safe and not enjoyable. While riding 1 of the bike chain got loose. This can happen but this made the situation even more frustrated We had paid for a full tour but did not get 1. Very disappointed! I don't like to give negative reviews but this is a big organisation and not cheap, so we needed you to put this review online

Where to start…I’ll say from our guide DAN! He was the real star of this amazing tour I had by bike of Central Park. Funny, prepared, attentive and many more nice adjective you could add. Central park is beautiful but you could miss the right spot if you don’t know where to go or what you are crossing by and this is why I highly recommend to take a tour with those guys! You won’t regret it.
