My husband and daughter did the two hour tour yesterday and they loved it and highly recommend Unlimited Biking. I booked the tickets and the process was easy and seamless.

They accepted the Groupon, the bikes were good. Prices were competitive even without the Groupon. Good suggestion of routes, they had a map, good central location. They also helped store some luggage we had during the two hour ride. Lynda was patient, and helped us with a smile on her face.

Fantastic way to explore Berlin and learn about the history especially in the colder months. Our guide Sam was an English history graduate who had studied in Berlin and really made the city come alive with historical fact and local anecdotes. We went in Oct during an unusually cold snap (3 degrees celcius)and got many jealous looks from the walking tours as we zipped past them! Layer up, wear extra pairs of socks and with the built in a coffee stop at the half way point to get some internal warmth and have a fabulous time. Sam was awesome and after the tour even provided a warm drink and suggestions for other things we might find of interest to do for the remainder of our trip. Can't recommend this enough a real must do way to see Berlin.

5 stars for my tour guide Charlie and the tour itself. He was friendly, fun, and chock full of knowledge shared in an interesting and entertaining way. I enjoyed the places we visited: all the classics plus the big parks and green spaces. My bike was good. The only issue was that I had a terrible time finding the shop including multiple wrong turns, even using google maps and I had to ask multiple random strangers. It is not far from the underground but is in an obscure location, and their directions said to use a certain number exit from the Waterloo station but I didn't see the exits numbered (maybe I missed that). They have no sign above or around their exterior door to the shop and if the door itself is open - as it was my day - no signage at all was visible from the direction I came. I would strongly recommend signage at the Waterloo exits and above and around the shop door.

Went on a tour today with the guide Thor in Berlin.It was a really good experience- I can really recommend ! Lots of historical informations, exiting sights and a nice and friendly atmosphere. A must if you wanna learn something about Berlin

Making the reservation (through getyourguide) was very easy. We got directions which was very helpfull since every adress on alexanderplatz is registered under “1a”. Thor is an amazing guy and knows a lot about Berlin out of his own expierence wich made him very easy to listen to. Definitely would recommend! (:

Adrian was an amazing bike tour guide! Kept everybody moving (and looked out for) and had great stories and insights. He’s a retired architect and so I loved his perspective on so many of the monuments and buildings. 10/10 would recommend!!!!

I rented an E-Bike while visiting San Francisco to explore the area and ride across the Golden Gate Bridge. About 30 minutes into the ride, the bike got a flat tire, so I called Unlimited Biking’s service number, as I paid extra for the insurance. Their solution was to either walk the bike back to their shop (roughly 2 hours pushing the e-bike back) or pay for an uber as they would not be providing any assistance. Not a time line for assistance or a location where they could assist. Just told me those were my two options and hung-up on me. If they had simply included a basic repair kit with the rental, I could’ve fixed the bike myself. I eventually flagged down another rider with a pump and made it across the bridge, where we ran into another couple who rented from Unlimited Biking at the same time, not surprising, also with a flat tire. They were given the exact same “support”. Have the bikes by 5:00 PM or you'll be charged a late fee. The women was trying to explain that she was in her 70's and pushing the heavy E-bike with a flat wasn't an option. Unfortunately it wasn't quite close enough to Christmas for the customer service rep to care. Bottom Line - Poor support, even worse bikes, zero accountability and zero interest in their customers experience.
