Miles was a great tour guide! This was an easy bike ride around the famous monuments of Paris, easy enough for my two daughters age 11 and 10 to join and keep up. Highly recommend it.

We did the full-day biking tour of Versailles. Great tour! Perfect combination of site-seeing, history, and cultural experience. Bart was an excellent guide - advising on what to buy for the picnic lunch and providing history lessons for the locations we visited. I highly recommend!

I came in today around 11:30am and I was greeted by Mr.Butch this was my first time renting from unlimited biking and I will be renting again when me and my family of 3 walked in Mr.Butch made sure to greet and speak to all of us even the baby. We had a 2 hour reservation I wanted a ebike but butch made sure to let me know tht if I wanted baby boy to ride I would need a regular bike for safety. Our ride was fantastic. All and all my experience at unlimited biking was fantastic thanks to Mr.Butch.

He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I was comfortable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made my visit even more enjoyable. Employees like Butch are the reason people come back. Very disappointing. Rude service in the shop, bikes didn’t work so we spent around 45 minutes putting the chains back on, then got charged extra for returning the bikes 10 minutes late! I’d give a zero star review if I could

This was an absolutely fantastic experience. Our tour guide Gunther took the time to tailor the ride to make it as engaging as possible what we wanted (history, stories, interesting things) and left us amazed with the city. I would strongly recommend this experience, and will now be doing biking tours in each new city I visit.
