Service was rude and incompetent. The young guy who helped us (had short, dyed-blond hair) gave us an attitude when he struggled to find our booking, though he eventually located it. Bikes were decent quality for the price.

Originally I had NO interest in DC. I am not interested in history. So, i thought doing a nike tour would be a good way to get thru the agony quickly. After this tour I have changed my mind. Seeing the main monuments, all the sites, the age of the buildings, I wanted to learn more. Greg was very knowledgeable, and fun, and patient with all my random-ass questions. The tour was not strenuous at all, but helped us see so much in 3 hours. I highly recommend taking the bike tour. We went first thing, and had plenty of time to either revisit sites, or take in a museum or 2.

I highly recommend Unlimited Biking for your E bike experience! Shavar, went above and beyond to make sure my bike was set up correctly, I understood how to operate the bike, and even so far as to take me and my friend to the location we desired to ride. He was very professional, well-versed on the bike and made us feel confident and at ease. If I am ever back in the DC area and have the time, I will definitely ride one of his bikes again. I’ll admit, I was anxious, but Shivar assured me I would have a great time.

Ok I want you to be aware so that you don't run into the issues that I had. Brakes were shot on the first e bike. Then the second e bike had low tire pressure, the seat was not on right so it twisted, the narrow part of the seat sits up to make for an uncomfortable ride, and the phone number leads to some central call center in a far off place and no one answers. This was scary when I was 10 miles away and the battery had turned off (the bike was very heavy so hard to ride back)... Minor point... Mileage was way off... The workers were nice once they warmed up to me. They do not have a map of anything other than the mall. Fyi
