We have rented bikes for a Central Park ride a couple times. Despite the staff being friendly, they don’t have the authority to fix any issues with a reservation. We paid for e-bikes, and somehow central office wanted us to pay more for regular ones. By the time we had the bikes and made it to the park, we barely had time to make it around in our two hour block. Highly recommend checking out a different rental closer to CP.

Great way to see all the big sights of London. If you have a short stay or want to get a lay of the land this is a fun way to do it. Our guide Benson was very knowledgeable and very funny and well versed on the quirky facts of British history and current events. Highly recommend this tour!

Arvin was a GREAT tour guide! He fearlessly led us through a busy Rome night to show us lots of sights and great neighborhoods. It was great fun and included a stop at a lovely square where we had a chance to have a glass of wine with Arvin and enjoy the sights and sounds of Rome. Highly recommend!

Great e-bike tour of Central Park, which has so many hidden treasures that even locals would enjoy this ride. Dan was a great tour guide with an encyclopedic knowledge of the park and city. Highly recommended. Literally, among the greatest places on Earth.

We rented bikes in Versailles and rode to the market, where we got ourselves picnic supplies, then to the Petit Trianon and along the Grand Canal before entering the ticketed garden area and palace. We ended up spending a lot less time on the grounds and in the palace than the amount of time we had allotted ourselves, and our kids just wanted to ride along the Grand Canal until it was time to return the bikes. It was so much fun. While the palace and gardens were fun to see, the best part of our day by far was riding bikes. The tag-along bike was especially popular with our 7-year-old and our 5-year-old. We were so glad we chose to do Versailles by bike. We were very grateful for the friendly and helpful staff at the bike shop, who not only patiently helped us find the right size bike for our 10-yr-old, but also explained where to ride and park with a map, answered all of our questions, and encouraged my daughter who was nervous about riding through city streets. They made sure we had all of our belongings when we left, too. Overall, it was such a positive, smooth experience. Would highly recommend!

Friendly and efficient! Plenty of bikes when I walked in on a summer afternoon. My bike was fully charged, my helmet was clean and included a short visor to help with the sun, they put a bike lock in a pouch in front, and the bike was powerful and fun!! I zoooomed over the Brooklyn Bridge and back again, then turned around and went another time before my family could finish walking over and back! (it actually took me a little while to get comfortable with the more powerful motor vs my Lektric bike at home!)
