(Translated by Google) SCAM! We rented bikes, paid for them on the website, and when we arrived to pick them up, everything was closed. And no one answered our WhatsApp or phone calls! Don't rent from them! (Original) ARNAQUE! Nous avons loué des vélos que nous avons payé sur le site et en arrivant pour les récupérer, tout etait fermé. Et personne ne nous a répondu par whatsapp ou par appel! Ne louez pas chez eux!

Be careful about day counting. According to them: 24h=2 days, 48h=3 days! If you bring it the next day you rent it at the *same* hour (24h), it would count as 2 days, not as one! It doesn't say anything in the contract and you would end up arguing what a day means. I specifically asked when 2 days end when renting, just to make sure and the guy was sneaky, avoiding the answear. I was fooled. Bikes are mentained, they creak (chain not cleaned, oiled), but not awful. Tyres are puncture resistant. Bring your *own* front *light*, you only get a small 1€ light. Bring your *own* phone support. It's outrageous it's not provided. Bikes are one size only, very small. I'm 1.73m and it was a pain after 1-2 hours of continous cycling. Check the bike carefully, my first bike had the 2nd gear broken (the most used on flat) and the lock broken. I had to ruin my plans and come the next day to change the bike.

We joined the secrets of Paris Tour with Dave and what an amazing time we had. The bikes were in tiptop shape and logistics are well organized. Dave is such a nice guy and very knowledgable and showed us so many nice secrets of Paris. I highly recommend this tour!

This was a perfectly joyful day for my daughter and me! We did the 3 hour tour from Santa Monica to Venice along the gorgeous beach bikeway. We loved the tour, the bikes, and the company of Conrad (and Jordan and Jeff, who were tour guides in training along with us!). We were well guided and instructed in how to safely navigate the route, and our guides were so generous with both "on script" highlights and "off script" anecdotes, answering all of our questions and allowing us to explore everything that caught our attention or spurred our curiosity. A memorable and perfect California adventure. Thank you!

They rented us e-bikes. Mine had a bad front brake and it was only half charged. I didn’t realize this until we were well on our way. I called the shop and was told I needed to ride back to get a new bike. This would have completely messed up our day. The guy i talked to refused to apologize as “I wasn’t the one who handed you the bike so I don’t need to apologize “. They offered no other options like perhaps coming to me with a new battery. Also, my wife’s bike lurched dangerously in e-bike mode when she was walking it.

We had a great time! It was a little hard to hear Joel at times in the busy park (he talks fast), but he was super friendly, funny, and had lots of interesting tidbits about the park, and was ready and happy to answer any question. Thanks Joel!

Unlimited biking was a great way to explore San Diego! Raul was so wonderful to work with and gave great recommendations for routes to take with protected bike lanes when having to ride on the road. My favorite was the path along the shore line! A bike lock was provided so stopping for a bite to eat or some shopping was easy and stress free! Bike worked great with no issues. Highly recommend and would definitely do again, maybe even on this same trip!

my plan was to rent a car at $65 a day and then discovered the hotel was gonna charge me an additional $70 a day for parking. Instead, I rented a bike form unlimited biking for two days and rode all over san diego. (just shy of 70 miles) everyone at the shop was great and the bike preformed flawlessly. my advice Balboa Parkwas pretty cool but if you ride down by the college there was a lot of homeless living down there. I would suggest Staying out of downtown San Diego except the Gaslamp district where you rent the bikes……really cool a lot of good restaurants. I would take the ferry and ride around Coronado or just ride out to Liberty Station And keep going out to point Loma. Pay the $10 to go into the national park. (If you stop at the national cemetery, do not ride your bike in there) you could also ride out the Sunset Cliffs, Ocean Beach back to Old Town down to Liberty Station and on the way back cruise through the harbor on Harbour Island Drive (basically across the street from the airport) great experience thank you unlimited biking!
