I went in there, on a one off day, so I could rent a bike. It was quite a nice day outside. I had a really nice conversation with Elena at the register! Her customer service was amazing and she made the process very smooth and easy! She had amazing energy! When I came back she remembered who I was and gave me a laugh! I really appreciated my experience there. Shouts out to Elena!

A fantastic experience for our entire family. (Even in the rain, which they gave us ponchos for. haha) The guide was terrific, lots of fun, awesome itinerary that showed all the highlights across the city and incredible views from above. We would highly recommend this bike tour to anyone looking for an awesome way to see Florence!
