02 Feb 2014 - I was booked on this tour by my travel agent and I could not have been happier. Firstly, my 15 year old daughter and I got lost. I called the number provided and the English speaking female was extremely helpful and guided us to the meeting place, she did not get impatient and stayed on the phone until we arrived at out destination. We were greeted by a lovely young Australian lady, Jess, who was extremely friendly. Her knowledge on the history, attractions, sights to see and Paris is general was amazing. I could not fault this tour at all and I give it a A+. Anyone who is travelling to Paris and is intending to see the Eifel Tower should take this tour, you skip the queues (which was immense, even in winter) and you get first preference to lifts. THANKYOU JESS FOR MAKING OUR EXPERICENCE MEMORABLE.

My friend has wanted to take a Segway tour of DC for years. I always thought it looked ridiculous/unsafe. After a bet of sorts, we purchased a livingsocial deal. We actually watched the safety video provided in the confirmation email beforehand and were both terrified. Note: neither of us are exactly the "coordinated type." Coupled with the fact that we scheduled a night tour in the middle of a chilly November, we almost decided to forego the tour and just go to a restaurant instead out of fear for our safety. The experience couldn't have been further from what I had expected. It was a beautiful/mild November night - a truly delightful experience that seriously makes me want to take a Segway tour of every city I ever visit from here on out. Aaron, our affable tour guide, did a fantastic job of keeping us safe, informed, and amused. He made sure that we had a sufficient amount of practice prior to hitting the bike lanes of Pennsylvania Avenue and was always there with a helping hand for getting on/off the Segways at the different monuments. While we were all tentative at first, we were all maneuvering the Segways confidently within 15 minutes. The Friday night tour ended up being perfect - minimal car/bike/pedestrian traffic with which to compete and the "headlight" provided more than enough light. As a driver, I will no longer roll my eyes when I see segway tours roll themselves across a crosswalk. It was a lovely reminder of how beautiful DC really is and how lucky we are to live here! Highly recommend! Considerations: if it's chilly at all, wear gloves (or you can buy a pair for purchase); if you happen to have a funny shaped head, ask if you can bring your own bike helmet.

Best tours we have ever taken. The guides were engaging and knowledgable. We did the Monet's Garden tour and the Night Bike Tour. Amazing!

My boyfriend and I were excited to see a bicycle shop across the street from our hotel in Barcelona. Unfortunately, as soon as we walked in this shop, the American working gave us the stink eye. He was rude to us during the 5 minutes we were in the shop. I go to Europe every year and this American is by far the rudest person I have encountered in Europe.

Great service, very friendly people. Our tour guide Steve was excellent and very upbeat even though it rained the whole way. Would definitely go again! (We did the Versailles bike tour)

So its Summer Streets and a group of us decided to rent bikes. We rented them on their website rather than in person since it was way cheaper. 4hrs $19 when we arrived the guy was not mr cheery in the least. Friends Had to wait forever to get their bikes since he was the only worker. Shop ran out of locks and baskets. Returning the bike was an entire event also. System charged me overtime fees bc by the time he got to me it was over the timeframe. Smfh! He did however fix and take it off my bill. On a busy Saturday a business should have more than 1 worker and not run out of main items. FYI they hold your ID until you return the bike.

(Translated by Google) I have little experience renting bikes because a) the bike rental business in Spain is practically nonexistent (until recently) and b) I always use my own bikes. But the day came when I had to give it a try because I wanted to explore the city with some friends. First, I spent a little over an hour comparing rental places in Barcelona. I was amazed by the number of options available, but not everything that glitters is gold. Thanks to my extensive experience as an urban cyclist, I was able to rule out many seemingly good places. I say seemingly because when you see that the bikes don't have gears, bad; that they're heavy, bad; that they're also expensive, bad. So in the end, I opted for Greenbikes, and it was an absolute success. What's more, I focused on the folding bikes, and it was the best choice. I don't remember the service being particularly friendly or unfriendly, but I do remember that the people who helped us a) were informal, and b) knew what they were doing. I highly recommend it, but I also recommend searching and comparing, lest we all end up in the same place....

Green Bikes (and Sam, specifically) is an awesome company!!! They put together touring bikes for us that we fell in love with and rode from Barcelona, through France and Italy. We had to sell them in Napoli unfortunately but two Italians now have some pretty amazing bikes. Sam was great to communicate with and always responded super fast! I would HIGHLY recommend Green Bikes!!

This is a fantastic way to tour Berlin and Potsdam. I'm not one for organized tours. However this was different. The guides were extremely knowledgeable about their areas of specialization. We did a day tour to Potsdam. We also did the specialty tours of the Cold War and Third Reich. We also did their evening tour with three stops for food. Lots of fun. I highly recommend this as a way to get a good overview of Berlin. Berlin is large city with lots to see and do, but unless you have a local to show you the ropes, this is the way to go!

This is a MUST DO! Julian was an awesome guide. We covered a lot of ground and had a great time. We even kept the bikes and continued riding on our own the next day. Highly recommend!!!!!!! Ewerts and Boyers from Illinois, USA

Highly recommended tour of Berlin on comfortable bikes at an easy pace. We just did the general tour around the city last month. When I go back in August, I will do it a few more times on the specialty tours (WWII tour, Third Reich tour, Berlin Wall tour, etc). Check the website for their schedule. It is a great way to see the city, with a guide, and new friends. Its a good way to meet people that speak your language from around the world as well.

This was my favorite part of my trip to Berlin. Amazing and informative tour with a guide who was so knowledgable, hillarious and patient. I would make this the number one to-do in Berlin.

This bike tour was by far the best experience my wife and I had in Paris. My wife isn't a cyclist at all and many of the people on the tour probably haven't ridden a bike in years, but the guides were so great at finding the safest roads and keeping everyone together and safe. We got to see all the best sights in Paris in a few hours. I would highly recommend doing the night tour, but I'm sure the day tour is just as great.

I had a terrific time touring the National Mall on a Segway last week; Aaron helped me learn to ride "Bo" the segway, then our tour was led by David. I felt safe crossing streets and negogiating pedestrians, and enjoyed hearing about the sites we were seeing through the headphone set we used. It was very hot --and we needed that bottle of water supplied in the little pack attached to the handles. Thanks for the snack break too.

Nice quality French city bikes. The staff were friendly and chill. Better prices then most other shops and the location was ideal. They even hooked me up with a child seat and helmet at no extra charge.
