5 Stars. We had Dave as our tour guide on the city Tour who was very knowledgable and a great guide for our first day in Berlin. The ride was very easy suitable for even the most novice riders. Stopped at a lovely place on the canal for lunch and to have a beer. Overall fantastic experience and would recommend to anyone starting out their trip

Did the Segway tour, was really fun even as a local. Austin was our guide and he was great.

Guide (Lucy) was fantastic, knowledgeable and loves her job. The bike ride was at an easy pace. My wife and I took the Modern Berlin tour which avoided the usual monuments etc ... and provided another side of Berlin not in most guide books. Id recommend doing this tour as well as the other more traditional tours to get a more comprehensive view of Berlin

We did a 2.5 hour segway tour. Riding the segway was a blast, but we're didn't get much time to step off and see/explore the monuments, just ride past them. The guide said the 3 hour tour gives you more time to do that, so definitely sign up for that if you're wanting to explore more. And don't forget to check Groupon for a nice discount before you sign up!

(Translated by Google) Excellent rental. Registration and return are quick and paperless. Child seat and helmet are free. The downside is there's no basket on the handlebars, so there's nowhere to stash food and booze. (Original) прекрасный прокат. оформление и сдача быстро и безбумажно. деткресло и шлем бесплатно. минус - нет корзины на руле, некуда накидать жратву и бухло.

This company has the worst customer service. We traveled over 45 minutes to get to the bicycle shop and ended up being unable to rent a bike. While trying to reach the location our taxi driver got lost several times due to the inaccurate directions given by Giselle at the front desk. He tried using the direction his navigation gave him but it kept taking him to the wrong location. We are new to NYC and did not know that the same street is in both Manhattan and Brooklyn. The website didn't clarify enough so we called the company. After calling the first time, Giselle told our driver they were located in Brooklyn and when we asked for any landmarks close by she said "I just gave you the address that's all you need" and hung up. After driving around for another 20 minutes he still couldn't find it. He called back and asked her once again where exactly in NYC they were located and If there were any landmarks nearby and she responded " I don't know I gave you the address maybe it is Manhattan that's all I know " and hung up once again. Luckily the taxicab driver was able to identify her phone had a Manhattan area code and figured out on his own how to get there. After wasting over an hour in commute time, we finally arrived to the shop. Giselle was at the desk and didn't greet us or even look up from the YouTube video she was watching. We told her we just called her to find directions and would like to rent bikes and she just looked at us. Finally, we asked if she worked there and she said "no I don't work here" yet she's the only one sitting behind the desk. At this point we really didn't even want to give the company business but traveled so far to ride the bikes so we asked her if we can please just start a reservation. She said "no you can't rent any bikes sorry" after asking her why she said "everything is booked for the weekend" There were at least 50 bikes in the shop at the time and no one else walking in and out of the store. There was one other employee outside the store that noticed her unprofessionalism and tried to leave the situation so he wasn't any help either. Finally, we gave up dealing with the most unqualified employee we've ever met and decided to do a walking tour instead. I strongly urge tourists to look elsewhere as this place is evidently ran poorly and it is not the kind of company you would want your credit card information held at. There are plenty of other options in NYC that will gladly take your business !

Brooklyn bridge tour was good. wasn't able to hear much so only suggestion is to invest in a louder microphone. No cash at the bike store.

One of the best thing I did while in Berlin was to take a day trip to Potsdam. In fact, I took a bike tour instead of a walking tour with a company called Fat Tire Tours. It was really a good decision as for one, Potsdam is huge and if I had to walk the entire city I would have died. So a bike tour means you see more things with less walking. More importantly, the tour was excellent. I had Andrew as our guide on my tour and he was really engaging and took a group of about 15 across the various parks and sights in Potsdam for the day. It's too bad I took this tour on my last day in Berlin as I was quite keen to try their other tours including a food tour in the evening. Not that the other walking tours I took was bad, they weren't. But in Berlin, I feel it's a city prime for bike tours. Cycling is common and encouraged. The distance between sites are vast. You just get to see more on a bike. I highly recommend it.
