One of the best ways to get your first taste of Berlin! We did the day city bike tour, it was a great way to see all of the main sights and learn a bit about them. We also got a bit of time to explore Checkpoint Charlie and the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe which was perfect. The lunch spot was nice (Schleusenkrug, the beer garden in the Teirgarten) with a range of food and drink including a couple of vegetarian options and nice crisp German cider! Visited March 2016

We did the evening bike tour one of our first nights in Paris and had such a fabulous time. Riding around the Louvre courtyard at night was so much more fun than seeing the inside by day! Our evening ended with a Seine cruise (with wine!) and then we rode over to the Eiffel Tower to the end the night. It was timed so perfectly that we got to be right there at the foot of the Eiffel Tower to witness the hourly twinkling lights. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Paris!

Great guide who was knowledgeable and funny. Did this at the start of our short city break and it gave a great baseline of where to go and see more of. Have done the Berlin one as well which was equally as good

We are so glad we did this on our first day in Barcelona! What a way to get to know highlights of the city--on a comfy bike in a small group led by an engaging tour guide. Ben led us through Barcelona with his knowledge and humor. Even though it ended up raining a bit by the end of our time, it barely bothered us since we were with great people having a great time!

Really good shop for bike rentals. Nice staff, competitive prices and very good bikes. It is pretty hard to find though, but the search will take you places you normally wouldn't come across probably ;) The only thing I disliked was that you had to leave your passport here. They took good care of it, but as a tourist the rule is 'never leave your passport with a company. They're actually not allowed to request it anyway'. Though it may have changed now, because this was back in 2013.

Check in was below average - staff was not focus on the customers and continued to clowned around. We asked for maps, never got one-asked for direction- never got one. The young man was professional and gave good hints - Red bikes next time.

Tobi. If you go for a segway tour it would be nice to experience it with Tobi. He is a pro and knowledgable of all things Berlin. He is willing to share with one and all. His care for the safety of his group is one of a professional guide. He always looks around and ensures that the "slowest" person on the segway is able to make it. Great tour, if you get to experience with Tobi.

The worst customer service EVER! The store was full with bikes, the women at the desk was not even willing to help us!! Please rent you're bike somewhere else, it will save you at lot of time, energy and anger!

Our Fat Tire Bike Tour was the highlight of our time in Berlin. We had been in Berlin for a full day but never knew what we were seeing. We didn't know any of the monuments or the buildings. This bike tour lasted 5 - 6 hours and showed us ALL the highlights of Berlin! Our guide, Manuel, was incredible. You could tell he had a passion for the city and enjoyed what he was doing. We will be recommending this company to anyone and everyone visiting Berlin.

I would never book this company again. We booked a Brooklyn Bridge Bike tour this past weekend. We arrived on time and the two men at the counter got our bikes. Literally three minutes into the tour, my daughter (14) kept sliding off the bike seat (a problem that easily could have been avoided had someone on the staff checked to see if her bike was good and fit for her before heading out) The tour guide told us to return the bikes to the shop because we could not catch up (and apparently they could not wait the five minutes, which I kind of understand but not really…. ) Anyhow, we returned the bikes and the man at the counter said that he could not refund us (which was strange that his credit card machine could charge but not refund?) and then he tried to give me SOMEONE ELSE’S driver’s license. Thankfully I am honest and didn’t run off with it but he must have forgotten he handed mine back with my credit card. This is a strange procedure in this day and age that they are keeping customers credit card and license and apparently have zero protocol in place to ensure that they are safeguarding this information, as evidenced by the fact that he looked at the picture of a brunette woman with short hair from MA and handed it to me, a blonde woman with long hair from CT. I certainly did not feel my personal information was secure here. So he told me I had to call the main phone number to get my refund and that’s where the real fun began! I know that this is a New York based business but please. Just TRY to provide some semblance of customer service. When I called (after emailing with no response per their recorded voicemail) the woman who answered the phone started YELLING over me when I asked how to receive my refund saying that refunds are only provided 24 hours in advance, and well. “It’s clearly on their website!!” I told her we would have been happy to take the tour but my daughter was not fitted for her bike properly (not our fault) and were unable to. No mention on her side of helping, making it right, or heaven forbid, an APOLOGY for wasting our time, cab fare etc getting there! ZERO customer service. I was the one who had to ask if I could even take another tour! Her attitude was “too bad so sad you are out $100” I asked if another tour could be found and she said she would reply to my email with options. Shockingly, a WEEK has gone by, I have sent THREE emails and no one has responded. I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I write this to advise you to stay away from this company. Shady people with absolutely NO sense of customer service.

Horrible service. Staff not considerate. Did not have Credit card, they would not allow me to rent although I had a visa debt card and cash with me. Needed a wheelchair and they didn't bother to help me find a solution. Please never go here!! I'm sure they will go out of business soon due to their lack of service skills.
