DO NOT RENT FROM HERE would give zero if possible! Faulty inner tube with valve at 45degree angle causing valve to rip off when we started to ride (confirmed by bike shop that fixed it) we got to the other side of Brooklyn bridge completely flat tyre, tried ringing no answer. Instead of buckling the tyre completely getting it back we got it fixed, they wouldn’t refund (bike repair said this doesn’t happen to properly maintained bikes & it’s their fault so should reimburse) Rude staff. Rude manager. We took our new inner tube out - so be careful they’ll probably put the old one back in!!

SO much fun and also informative! Allesandro was an excellent guide, we had so much fun with him. I recommend everyone take a Segway tour of Rome, such a great way to see a lot of the city. Plus the virtual reality parts were an added bonus!

Went on this tour on my first morning in Florence. Chiara our guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable! We all had loads of fun and the places she brought us to were great for a brief (and delicious) overview of what Florence can offer, but honestly this only scratches the surface. As such, please ask your guide for more great suggestions of where else to eat!

We had a great bike and food tour with Bruno around Rome.Our family of 5 from the youngest daughter 17 to my husband 60 found the bikes easy to ride.One of my daughters is vegan and she was well accommodated for.The food stops were amazing.The sights were just as amazing.Bruno made sure we were all together and he was very informative.I can totally recommend the tour.Thankyou guys.Next time we’re in Rome we might be adventurous enough to try the segways.Grazie🙋🏻‍♀️

Our night bike tour was one of the highlights of the trip, and it was a unique and fun experience. Dave was our tour guide, and he was knowledgeable but not stuffy. He was not only able to give us a background on the landmarks and monuments that were an official part of the tour, he was also able to tell us about other places that we passed by, no matter what was asked of him. To top off the night, we took a Seine cruise, and even though it's a very touristy thing to do, it felt absolutely magical with all of Paris lit up. Had I known the tour would be so amazing, I would have signed up for at least one more - don't hesitate to book with Fat Tire!

Bernd hielt von Anfang an eine passende "balance" zwischen: einfühlsam mit Erstfahrer, Stadtinfo, seightseeing, Eis schnabbulieren und im Park zu "crossen". "Nahezu" ;) unbeschadet rollten wir durch München`s belebte Strassen. Wir hatten `ne Menge Spaß mit seiner ironischen Art auf Bayern und die Welt. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!
