2019 Honest people Reserved a bike tour in Berlin. Our flight got delayed. I requested a refund a day before and they refunded no questions asked. Well organized 2025 So we finally got the chance to come back to Berlin and redeem ourselves from the bike tour we missed. Excellent way to see the sight. Our guide Vael was fantastic, bike were very good shape and easy to ride. Path was safe and easy. Highly recommend these guys.

This place rent you low maintenanced bike and charge you 30 dollars when it broke saying this is your fault cause you dont taked insurance. i rented a bike with my new york pass and after 20 minutes of normal utilisation the chain broked. they offered no assistance to return the bike at the shop. i had to walk with the bike crossing all central park. Congratulations you have found the best way to treat your clients. Maybe they reserve this treatement only to new york pass client ? i dont knnow !

We did the night Segway tour with tour guide Matt and it was so awesome! It was surreal riding through the streets of Rome on a Segway. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun and we got to hop off on occasion to explore some of the churches? The Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. It was really an amazing experience. I would recommend it to anyone looking for something fun to do while traveling in Rome.

I was visiting New York for a few days with my girlfriend and found Unlimited Biking online. When arriving at their store I felt that the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. We rented two bikes for three hours and the price was very reasonably priced!! Maps, locks and helmets all included which was great. I would highly recommend this bike rental company.

I took the bike tour that lasted around 5 hours with our AWESOME guide, Alex. He was funny and knowledgeable about all of the history in Berlin. The tour was great and an awesome way to spend your time in Berlin. The bikes were pretty good and there weren't any problems with them; it was a smooth ride. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in Berlin and if I get a chance to come back, I would definitely do another tour! I loved it!

Recently, my girlfriend and I did a 5 hour bike tour with Fat Tire. As Berlin is large and full of history, we thought this was the best way to conquer both. We were right. Instantly, Lucy, our guide made us feel welcomed and relaxed with her energy and personality. She made us feel at ease navigating through the busy streets, and did a great job keeping everyone together. The way she presented information on the historical landmarks was attention grabbing, passionate, and mended together nicely. Definitely will do another Fat Tire Tour!

Had a great experience with Italy Segway Tours, Claudio was a great tour guide and was very informative and very Friendly. Learning to ride the Segways are really quick and easy. Nice way to view areas more quickly.
