Could not be happier with the Segway tour We scheduled a private bike tour, but the day before one of us had a knee injury and was very concerned they would not be able to complete the bike tour. When we arrived we saw the Segways and asked Nate our guide if there was anyway we could change over to a private Segway tour instead. He went above and beyond and got us 3 Segways. Was the highlight of our time in Berlin! Nate then led us on a great tour of Berlin. We felt as if we saw most everything. He was very knowledgeable, spoke fluent English and never made us feel rushed.

We just enjoyed a 2 1/2 hour Segway tour with Jennifer as our guide. We had our 16 yr old son with us. Jennifer was a great Segway instructor. She was also a very knowledgeable tour guide. She was also fun and personable. We had a great time and highly recommend this tour...and ask for Jennifer!!! If you’re staying at the Hilton it is right next door!!!!

Alex and his team have been very nice and helpful. The bikes are very good (this point is very important particularly if you don’t ride everyday), almost new and well maintained. Price was excellent too. We went to the Golden Park, Sausalito and rode back with a group aged from 9 to 50, using a tandem for the youngest one.

We did the day tour, night tour and "skip the line" Eiffel Tower tour. This was such a great way for us to maximize our three days in Paris, learn about the history, and leave us time to enjoy restaurants and nightlife. We had Nick as our guide for the day tour, and he is excellent. The pace of the tour is great, and our fears of if being too physically demanding or dangerous we put to rest quickly-- the guides did a great job ensuring our group was safe, and the routes are all flat. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I had a great experience on our Munich bike tour. Our guide, Steve, was excellent - very engaging and knowledgable about the city. We felt safe and had a great group too. Kid friendly and very fun!

The final straw was that between arguing and waiting in line to collect all the equipment, we went to meet our guide, Alex. The group had already left for Central Park without waiting for us (there were seven of us). And what they proposed after $400 was that we go to Central Park to meet them! As if finding someone were easy! We refused and asked them to come and pick us up or take us. Which they did, but very reluctantly, taking us through the streets and bus lanes with children and without waiting. When we arrived, the guide (who had left without his entire group) immediately asked us why we hadn't arrived on time. The guide was polite and pleasant, typical of tours. You could probably do it much cheaper with a city bike. Poor service, rude treatment, and on top of that, extremely expensive. There were five of us. El remate fué q entre q lo discutes y haces las colas para recoger todo el material, fuimos a encontrarnos con nuestro guía ALEX el grupo ya habia salido al Central Park sin esperarnos ( estábamos 7 personas más) y lo que nos proponen después de 400 $ es que vayamos al Central Park a su encuentro!! Como si fuera fácil encontrar a alguien! Ante lo que ya nos negamos y pedimos q vinieran a buscarnos o llevarnos. Cosa q hicieron pero de muy mala gana por las calles y carril bus con niños y sin esperar.... al llegar, el guía (que se había ido sin si grupo completo) nos preguntó lo primero porqie no habiamos llegado a la hora..... Guia correcto y agradable, típico de los toures . Probablemente con una bici de city bike de la ciudad puedas hacerlo mucho mas barato. Mala atención, mal trato y encima carísimo. Ibamos 5 perosnas
