A great day out for all! Great way to get around and see the sights the mall has to offer. Tour Guide Josh was very informative and full of jokes. He even let us see extra stops along the way. Very good at instructing all the first timers how to use a segway. Plenty of surprises too that I won't spoil. Couldn't recommend this enough.

Did the Versailles tour. Great experience and highlight of our Paris stay. Our informative and entertaining guide presented the history of Versailles throughout the bike tour which set up the visit to the palace (which was jammed with people). Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. From when you pick up the bike to when it's dropped off they make you feel valued. My bike broke down and they helped me out and replaced it. Been to other locations and did not get the same service. If you plan to rent come to this location the staff is amazing

Better quality bikes for less money. Booked online right before we walked in. Alex and Bashir made the whole process really easy. The bikes were brand new Cannondale's; fast, light and comfortable. Alex was really friendly and helpful!

Bike and Roll with our tour guide John Miller was so much fun! John handled our large group of 20 people like a breeze. Such a great way to learn about the monuments. I highly recommend renting bikes at Bike and Roll!
