Rented a carbon Canondale bike for my husband to pre-ride the Escape from Alcatraz course before the race. Bike was in great condition! Easy to reserve and pick up.

Dan was my group guide and he was great! I was actually traveling alone the day I joined the tour, yet felt completely comfortable. The bike tour was just right for seeing the park for the first time. Our group included a variety of ages and abilities, and Dan was really great to make sure everyone had a good time.

Absolutely fantastic! I went on the day bike tour around Paris and managed to tick many of the top attractions on my list! The team are so friendly and welcoming, ensuring that the whole group were having a good time and felt safe too! Our guide, Rory, was incredible - great knowledge of Paris and an all round lovely guy. I can't recommend them enough!

Aaron was an absolutely EXCELLENT tour guide! We had never been to Paris before & were very worried about going on a bike tour as we don’t ride much — but he made everything feel like it was easy & we felt safe! We had a lot of fun on the boat ride, there was time set aside for pictures, & Aaron is super personable/knowledgeable about the city — overall one of the BEST experiences I’ve had on any tour/immersive city experience! Thank you so much, Aaron, for making our stay in Paris THAT much more memorable — we had so much fun. 😃

Best “thing to do” in Washington DC! Joe was a fantastic guide and teacher. We had never ridden a Segway before. Joe taught us expertly and soon we were off to the National Mall. When in DC, go see Joe! His tour is the best way to see the sites.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Made my booking for the full San Francisco electric bike tour through Airbnb. I was messaged by my host Alex (or phantom Alex but I will get into that later) that the tour is being held at a different time on the day I booked. So I turn up for my tour and lo and behold they have left at the original time stated on Airbnb. 9.30am instead of 10am. Firstly it was difficult to locate the shop as in their Airbnb listing, there was no shop name listed. Nobody at Unlimited Biking knew who Alex was, and nobody knew of a 10am Full San Francisco E Bike Tour. It took me at least 5 min to get through to their customer service hotline based in New York. Another 30 min wait to confirm all the problems, booking details and availability BUT I was promised another tour the following day at 9.30am and a private tour at that. Just me and the guide unnamed. So I re-arranged my schedule and left the store relieved. 6 hours later I get another call saying tour guide injured himself. The next tour is on the day I fly so I can’t make it. Their suggestion was an e bike rental for 4 hours at the same price. No partial refunds, no action to show how sorry they are for the miscommunication on their part. In fact when I asked for partial refund I was told that the bike rental was more than I paid for the tour. Now that to me, from a customer’s perspective is completely besides the point. MIND BOGGLING that they just ignored the situation I was in. I was stunned that they did not have a back up tour guide. And that they were certain the tour 2 days later could proceed despite his injury. It was such a huge disappointment and honestly an uncomfortable experience that they put me through. I would never recommend Unlimited Biking as they do not seem reliable. The fact that nobody in the store knew of Alex was the first big red flag for me. And all the communication since booking onto the tour has been very sketchy. Please look into how you treat and communicate with your customers and re-think your staffing situation.

We rented on a very busy Memorial Day weekend and the staff handled it all very well. Bikes were very good quality and we'll maintained. Only complaint is that we booked online for the Columbus Circle location and were told to pick up there, but when we got there they didn't have enough bikes of the right size and sent us to the 56th St location. We would have been fine going there originally if they had let us know, so it was kind of annoying to take time to walk to the other store. It's understandable on such a busy day and everything else was great. Not too expensive either!

Great experience! They were very responsive via text and phone and made it super easy to grab and go. Open on Memorial Day which was awesome since we couldn’t find many options. Bikes were in great condition, no issues. Gave us a reliable bike lock as well. Great shop location right near Dyke Marsh Preserve and Mount Vernon Trail! Deff going back

Needs to improve on customer service significantly. Witnessing employees miscommunicating and fighting amongst themselves as if the customers are not standing right in front of them is very unprofessional. It appeared that this company bit off more than It could chew as they seemed overwhelmed by the flow of customers. I was told to go to the front of the line by one employee because I had a tour that was nearly about to start; however, after getting to the front of the line, the employee at the front desk told me (very rudely) to get to the back of the line. I tried to explain what I was told to do and apparently it didn’t matter. I contacted the original employee to let them know that I am waiting in line again. They then called the front desk to reiterate what I had just said. Then after standing in line for two minutes, I was called to the front desk by the person who just told me to get to the back of the line. The tour was okay but I would not take it or any other tour provided by this company again because the customer service was so bad. The need a better system.

Disappointing experience. We were told over the phone when we made our reservation that the e-bikes were Cannondale. They clearly were not. Some off brand. To make the experience even more frustrating my husband’s bike did have gears. Just a heads up, if you purchase their Mount Vernon ticket it’s only a pass to get into the property and you will need to purchase another ticket to see the Mount Vernon home. On a positive note the customer service by the gal checking us in was great.

Amazing Experience in Munich! Beautiful weather and interesting history. Anyone who visits Munich should try this tour. And of course our guide Rob was so nice! He explained every inch of Munich very well. (I hope i remember his name correctly.. usually I’m awful at remembering names :(

We took a family trip to DC in hopes to pack in all we could over Memorial Day weekend. Unlimited Biking was highly recommended and our amazing guide, Joe, did not disappoint. He tailored the tour to what our group was looking for - learning about the monuments, but having fun while doing it. Joe was super knowledgeable and kept us moving - he was the perfect fit for our group! If you are visiting DC, I highly recommend this bike tour - seeing the monuments, especially at night, was incredible. Ask for Joe - he’s the best!
