We had a great tour of the monuments on a Segway. So much fun. I would definitely do it again. Our guide was informative and took great care of us.

I rented a hybrid bike here, reasonable pricing at $8/hr, nice bike in okay shape, a couple of the gears were a little bit off but beyond that bike was in good shape. The person was friendly and quick, same day reservation wasn't an issue. I will say, the hills in SF are pretty serious so if you're new to the area consider paying the extra for the e-bike.

So, we booked the Brooklyn tour with them again, and to our great surprise, Dan was our guide once more, which meant we had another amazing tour. Dan has lived in New York for years and can tell you all sorts of things. We had a three-hour tour through Brooklyn, crossing the Brooklyn Bridge, going through Brooklyn, and returning via the Manhattan Bridge and through many neighborhoods in Manhattan. There were many stops along the way to tell us a bit about the area, from history to movies or some fun facts about the place. I highly recommend booking a Dutch tour with Dan because you see so much on the bike and much faster than walking everywhere, and you also learn a thing or two about Dutch history in New York. The bikes were okay—not what the average Dutch person is used to, but more than fine for a few hours. Wij hadden een drie uur durende tour door Brooklyn, via de Brooklyn bridge door Brooklyn en weer terug via de Manhattan bridge en door vele wijken in Manhattan. Veel stops onderweg om wat de vertellen over de buurt. Van geschiedenis tot films of wat leuke feitjes over de plaats. Een echte aanrader om een Nederlandse tour te boeken met Dan want je zie zo veel op de fiets en veel sneller dan alles af te lopen en je leert nog eens wat over de Nederlandse geschiedenis in New York. De fietsen waren ok, voor de gemiddelde Nederlander niet wat we gewend zijn maar meer dan prima voor een paar uurtjes.

Joe was a phenomenal tour guide with intricate knowledge of all things DC and beyond. The sights, history, and experience of a segway ride made it an unforgettable experience. I am genuinely looking forward to bringing other family members here for another trip!

We really enjoyed our walking tour with Lee. The entire tour was about 2 hours which I thought was enough time to see many highlights without it becoming an all-day event! Lee knew tons of great info about the park history. He came prepared with some pictures to show us how various portions of the park looked long ago. I’m very happy with this tour and recommend it.

We rented hybrid bikes for four hours and cycled all over the National Mall and took pictures. We had a great experience! We didn't have a reservation and they ran out of maps. We used Google maps for cycling directions to the National Mall. Once there, you can get a map from one of the National Park Service kiosks. These are very helpful for finding your way around.

We had a fantastic tour with Rob. Our tour was full and he did a great job managing a large group. Rob was full of history and interesting information. In addition, the stop at the beer garden and ride through the English Garden was wonderful. All bikes were in great working order. One got a flat during the tour and the tour company had a replacement at our location very quickly. I’d highly recommend this tour to get out of the crowded tourist area and lean a bit more about Munich!

The staff is very friendly and our tour guide was amazing! She shares her knowledge of the city in an interesting way. Also, in the end it wasn’t that scary to ride a bike in Rome. Definitely recommend!

We were late by 5 minutes and they charged us for a whole hour extra for all 3 bikes. If you rent from here, you’ll be stressed on your way back because if you’re late by even 1 minute it will cost you a lot. No common courtesy, no focus on customer experience, it’s all about the $$ here. Editing to reply to owner : Wow, you say that’s absolutely not the case when it literally happened to me today. My rental start time was 1:30 and return time was 4:35. Your employee flat out said there was nothing he could do when I asked why we were getting charged an hour’s rate for 5 minutes. Please check with your employee before making such statements.
