They want to sell an insurance to make more money. They charge 1$ which is not refundable to get the credit card details. You pay a dollar for nothing. I asked for WIFI to tell them my credit card details and they did not help. Luckily there is a public one in the store nobody told us about. Felt uncomfortable there. They also ask you for a personal item like a key card or id they can keep. A bit embarrassing.

Our Berlin city tour was throughly enjoyable - Artie was a wonderful storyteller and knowledgeable historian who entertained our group of differing ages brilliantly - would highly recommend this tour.

We booked this tour through Viator, which we have used successfully around the world. This was another exceptional tour! First, it was raining the day/time of our scheduled tour and they rescheduled us to the next day at no charge and no penalty. Our guide was Shane who was very safety conscious and VERY knowledgeable about the monuments. Shane was outstanding. My only caution is that the bike bags are very small. The bag holds the water bottle they give you and some sunglasses. Don’t bring much “stuff” along!

We did two bike tours with Fat Tire while we were in Paris (the downtown Paris one and Versailles). Both were exceptional and we were lucky enough to get Dave and requested him for our second tour in Versailles. The bikes are nice, Dave was fun and a great communicator (I felt safe the whole time) and we learned a lot about Paris. Awesome way to see the city! Request Dave if you get the chance to do this!!

Awesome staff! I went to another bike rental and they treated me like I was annoying them just because I was alone. Then I discover Green Bikes and all was nice and easy going.

Horrible experience. I signed up for a free bike rental, gave them all my data, and then they closed an hour early without notice, just a few minutes before I arrived.

Tour guide was the worst ever. Said absolutely nothing about any sights. Bikes were missing lights as promised for the night tour. Made worse, the OWNER was on our tour and heard everyone's complaints and said nothing at all. Truly atrocious.

Peter was a fantastic guide (6 hour tour) and I learned a ton about the history of Berlin. A great way to learn about the city and also have some great German food and beer!

I’m a huge fan of Fat Tire Bike tours and have done them in many locations. Our tour in Munich yesterday was outstanding. Sebastian, our guide, was funny, knowledgeable, personable and he even answered some of our questions about the German language. We saw urban surfing, stopped at a Biergarten for lunch and were still able to check out all the cultural highlights. When we returned, Sebastian mapped out other places we wanted to go to and make an outstanding dinner/beer suggestion. I highly recommend this tour - it lasts about four hours and is a great way to get an overview of Munich.

My husband, daughter and son-in-law came to DC for a week on vacation. We did a lot of activities and saw many attractions. However my favorite by far was the Segway tour! I was really apprehensive being a little older and on the clumsy side. However Joe was so patient and an awesome instructor! His stories kept us entertained and he made sure that we were able to see and do a lot in a short period. I definitely recommend checking it out!
