We had such an incredible time on this bike tour. I’m usually very hesitant to book things like this but the reviews were so good I gave it a try- and I’m so glad we did! Our guide, Alex, was so full of energy and shared just enough information to keep the tour fun and enjoyable. It was the BEST way to see the city in 2 hours- We got to see 9 major areas, ask questions, and Alex even gave us options and ideas for if we were looking for things to do! Alex also took great photos of us and never made us feel rushed or unsafe on the ride. It was a highlight of our trip!

Took this day tour yesterday with Valencia as our guide. She was great and knew everything. She’s got a masters in art so we got a lot of information. Tour hits all the inner city highlights and well worth it as you bike between sites and don’t waste time walkIng. Bikes are step through and helmets are provided if you want one. Bring a water bottle as it was hot. Good tour and worth it.

The tour was very interesting we covered a lot the guide was very nice and the group small. I wish they wait a little longer we came 6 minutes after and they already left but they helped us find them and I would change the speakers it was hard to understand in some parts

I had the BEST experience with UB Central Park located at 56 W 56th St. I went solo, but we had a wonderful diverse group from Spain, Germany, Belgium, California and France! Just beautiful. Easy booking, VERY friendly staff. I wish I could remember the name of the young lady that booked my reservation when I called. She was fabulous, as well as Miranda, Gabriel, and the rest of the crew working that day. Particular shout out to Manny our tour guide. He was so knowledgeable and gave us a great tour. The bike took a little bit of getting used to. I would recommend getting there early enough to test out the bike as far as switching gears as that is so important when going up and down the hills in Central Park. Enjoy!
