Guys Trip
Glenn was a great tour guide and added a nice touch of history to the tour. I would recommend come hungry. Some good places to go to during the tour.

Glenn was amazing and so accommodating to the dietary needs of our group. His recount of historical facts was excellent and also didn’t gloss over the unpretty side of things which is what we loved. Would HIGHLY recommend again! Secondarily, I was also wondering if you all would be interested in expanding your tours to the airport area?? We could use something like this in the ATL Airport District!

Ariel, our guide was very informative. We learned a lot about the market, the surrounding area and about the uniqueness of the merchants. The biscuit making was easy and a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend to others.

Today was an awesome treat! Glynn was an awesome guide full of knowledge and fun. All the foods we sampled from the market vendors were outstanding and I will be heading back for sure! An excellent baker, Glynn taught us baking skills and helped us create some amazing biscuits!! Thanks Glynn!!!

The MLK walking tour is fabulous! My husband and I learned a great deal and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta who is interested in civil rights.

10/10 Our tour guide Courtney had so much ENERGY! She breathed life into every historical story she told. We’re locals (just outside Atlanta), but we felt completely transported to another place. We learned SO much and would recommend this tour and Courtney again!

Unfortunately, this tour was a disappointment. Our guide was fine but it felt way overpriced for what it is. They count the "9 tastings" as each piece on a plate. A "tasting" was a dime-sized lard cracker. Another was a tiny triangle piece of injera (Ethiopian bread) with nothing on it. And we didn't even try Miss D’s Pralines, advertised on the tour's site. Half of the vendors were closed at the Sweet Auburn Curb Market, when we toured on Saturday. Parking is an additional $20. Making biscuits was a good activity but don't think this tour was all it's rated to be, sadly.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
This tour content and Guide Jessica were exceptional! We learned so much as generations of stories were enthusiastically and dramatically woven into a three hour story. I can recommend this your more! We go on a lot of tours around the world and this was one of the best! Thank you Jessica!

Fun Tour with Nice People
It was a great tour of the marketplace, with interesting facts about Atlanta. I really enjoyed the cooking class, the leader, and the other attendees. I highly recommend this tour for all ages.

Highly Recommend This Tour!
I would highly recommend the Historic Market Tour. Nic, our tour guide, was not only knowledgeable, telling us facts about the market as we walked along, but he was also friendly and energetic. The food we tasted during the tour was delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed making buttermilk biscuits. Each member of the tour makes their own batch and takes home what they don’t finish eating.

Amazing bucket list item! Our host Glenn was awesome!
This tour was a bucket list item for me and my mom, and I'm so glad we finally checked it off! Not only was the market beautiful, our tour guide, Glenn, took us through the history of bread before we got to make our own southern style biscuits. The history of the market (and bread) was so deep. I grew a great appreciation for all the work that went into its creation and expansion. The tour was fun, engaging, we were laughing the whole time, and the food was AWESOME! If you go, don't eat before because you'll definitely fill up while you're there. Glenn was an amazing host, so glad we had him. You could tell that he really loved the market and was excited to guide us.
