This was a great walking tour- outside, inside, underground - so many ways to explore Naples history and we did them all! Roberta was wonderful, happily answering questions, and giving us pointers on where to explore next. The tour was just the right length - a great introduction to the historic City with plenty of time to explore afterwards!! Thanks Roberta!

Sarah our tour guide was outstanding! She was extremely well informed and shared this information to make our experience absolutely phenomenal. She made each element of the tour accurately presented and thorough. Her Pleasant disposition made this tour exceptional. We would look forward to any experience that she might be able to share with us in the future.

Underwhelmed by the route
Our gondola experience was delayed due to a serious incident right where we needed to be. The whole area was cordoned off. We managed to get through the cordon to the stand after 20 minutes and the gondolia took us out. He was naturally distracted at first as his family were concerned for his safety on hearing about the incident and were speaking to him on the phone. He apologised to us and after that pointed out several interesting buildings. He was friendly and answered our questions. However, I was disappointed in the route and where the starting point was, which seemed to be a long way from the centre of things. We would have preferred the smaller canals with other gondolas passing by. It was still a nice experience, but we could have easily got one cheaper to ourselves without paying extra for a 'private ' boat and in the areas we liked.

This was well worth the money! Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and terrific and navigating around the museums and Florence. Her name was Annalisa.

I recommend this tour over the big commercial operations in the Grand Canal. This was more personal and calmer water.

Lake Garda tour cancellation
Tour didn't go ahead and I was not notified in advance. When I called as the pickup was late they just said it's not going ahead because it's a Bank holiday and that I should get a refund.
