Our tour with Alexia was one of the best guided tours we have ever taken. The Royal Palace was a most impressive site and it was brought to life by the energy and enthusiasm of our well informed guide Alexia. The depth of her knowledge and passion for the subject matter kept us all intrigued for three hours and the time passed so quickly because of this. I would highly recommend taking this Tour and see if you can ask to be with Alexia because she made the whole experience so worthwhile.

The ride is very good and 30-min is about right for the experience. Our gondolier was also very good - a local who offered some insights. However, value for money when booked through Get Your Guide is absolutely poor value and actually, equivalent to robbery. The cost for the entire gondola is €90 for 30-min, for up to 5 passengers. GYG charge that per person making it an incredibly un-reasonable mark-up. Can fully understand adding operating expenditure and profits but not taking advantage, which is what it is. In summary, if you are going to Venice and want to have the experience, book locally. There are literally 10s of different locations to pick one up at the official price.

This tour was exactly what we hoped for. It was informative but not overwhelming. Our guide was incredible - she kept us organized and was very knowledgeable. This was a great introduction to both galleries - I highly recommend!

The guy did not say much. He seemed in a hurry. We booked for a 30 min trip and he cut it short. I do not recommend this.

Very good tour, to visit a palace like this, it is almost impossible to see by yourself, so a guide tour is a must! Alessia, our guide, was great. Smart, funny and very knowledgeable about everything. It was a pleasure to take this tour. I strongly recommend it.

Leuk, gevarieerd, interessant. Onze guide was enthousiast, had een prima verhaal en stond open voor vragen en gesprek met ons. Ze heeft ons veel details laten zien en goede toelichting gegeven hoe Caserta is ontstaan en wat de waarde is o.a. in vergelijking met andere grote Europese paleizen. Echt een prima tour

Unser Guide Alessia war super. Sie sprach sehr gut Englisch und hatte viele interessante Infos. Die Zeit verging wie im Flug. Nicht günstig aber jeden Cent wert. Ich kann die Tour jedem empfehlen!

Would not recommend. We booked 1-hour ride and only received 30-minute ride. Very disappointing for our last memory of Venice to be overpaying and receiving only half of what we paid for.
