I was on the final course. As I watched two of my friends repeatedly fail on one of the obstacles, I prayed not to become an embarassment like them. My prayers were answered, for out of the bushes came a voice: "Lads! Ya know ya can skip that one"'. Lily was her name - one of the staff. I was saved. My stress receded. My anxiety lessened. My depression repressed. Yeah Lily seemed pretty cool. Surely give her a raise if you see this review. Clean facilities, friendly staff, reasonable price, safe equipment and guidance, clear instructions, 10/10

Well organised, friendly staff and challenging courses. Staff went above and beyond to assist. I ran into trouble and called for help before I passed out. A young man (I was pretty out of it, so not sure which one) came and gave me a bottle of water which helped enormously. Then Rylez searched for a long time for my phone which had fallen through a platform. Successful outcome!

Total adrenaline adventure. Highly recommended zip line adventure with Incredible mountain views - informative skilled guides who provided great commentary when needed. Safety was superbly handled!

Visited in early October and had an outstanding experience at the Mount Tamborine TreeTop Challenge (Thunderbird Park). We came with our daughter, her two friends, and our son, and the day ended up being a genuine highlight for all of us. When we arrived, we found out our daughter’s two friends were under the minimum weight requirement for the main course we’d planned to do. At first that was a bit deflating — but after going up with my son, I completely understand why the rule exists. Even at the minimum weight, he found a couple of the challenges genuinely difficult to get across. It’s clearly a safety decision, and it’s the right call. What really impressed me was how the team handled the situation. Instead of it becoming a hard “no”, they went out of their way to make sure the girls could still have an amazing day by guiding them onto other challenges and options around the park. They still had the greatest time, and it turned what could’ve been disappointing into a total win for everyone. On the treetop course itself, my son got nervous on one of the bigger lines early on (I think it was the third), and the guides were absolutely brilliant — calm, encouraging, and so professional. They talked him through it, built his confidence, and helped him feel like he really could do it. When he made it across, it was such a proud moment for him — and after that he had the best day. I only wish I could remember the guides’ names because they deserve individual shout-outs. This is the kind of place that feels truly family-focused — not just pushing people through as fast as possible, but actually making it a great adventure, especially for kids. Five stars without hesitation. One of the best experiences of my son’s little life, and definitely one of the highlights of mine. Thank you!

A great place to go for every one to go fossicking for different kinds of gems. Also places to eat stay and play, rest rooms are very clean I've not seen them so clean as they are on the Gold Coast. Lots of choices of food 10 stars

The games were challenging and it was fun The staff were alert and helpful when needed. 4 levels of games are there and it caters to all ages. Drinking water stations and toilets are there closer to the office which makes it convenient. The entire set up and the safety is good Book the tickets in advance by Klook or Pelago as the price is cheaper than the official website

Well maintainanced facility, adaquate difficulty level variation you and kid could choice. very safe. just one problem there may need some waiting time between points because some are slow although it is understanable, could be long.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tree Top Challenge at Mt Tamborine absolutely delivered! The weather was perfect, the views were unreal, and every zipline had the perfect mix of speed, adrenaline and pure fun. The team made the whole experience feel safe, smooth and exciting from start to finish. If you’re looking for an unforgettable adventure in Qld, this is the one! Highly recommend.

Brilliant set-up and fun courses. 2 courses are low to the ground and the other 2 are tree height - great for kids of varying confidence. The junior challenge is perfect for 4 to 8 year olds. Incredibly safe with super friendly staff who are organised the session excellently. My 6 year old loved it and would want to come back.
