My brother and I bought the adrenaline pass and it was worth every cent, we spent the first half of our day being taken through 8 zip line locations on a beautiful tour of the forest, with two very down to earth guides who made every moment fun, Eden and Dylan were extremely knowledgeable and most importantly made the environment comfortable, even for someone like myself who is scared of heights and was terrified to go, I ended up letting out the odd “wooo” and even went no hands on the last one. Edens recommendation of the cafe food is also a solid choice with the Angus beef burger and turkey bagel g being absolute fire. The second half of our day was the adventure park high ropes course, every single instructor made the environment safe, and it is very much done at your own pace. Absolutely would go again, Treetop challenge make sure you have fun and make sure you feel safe.

Good experience for a reasonable price. Although I feel like they should have exits scattered around the course so if an emergency were to happen people could get out quickly. One of the staff was a bit rude to our kid when they were having a panic attack because of the height. The panic attacks wasn’t their fault but the staff member could have been a bit nicer.

Excellent experience! So much fun for the whole family and while it was thrilling to be up so high there was a solid safety briefing and practical guidance at the start. Some great challenges to complete and we loved the zip lines.

The kids loved this place. My daughter had trouble in a few parts and was rescued by the staff. THANK YOU! The young staff at this place doing the safety and observation jobs are excellent, couldn’t fault them at all. Reception/check-in staff were also absolutely lovely, efficient and notably great at their jobs. Be warned that there are some extremely difficult bits on the black course! You’ll be sore the next day. So much fun though and an actual challenge, this isn’t some lame kids playground. My only negative comment is the toilets are gross. Some work needs to be done there for sure. Will absolutely come back. This is a fabulous day out for a family. Thanks guys.

Best day for the kids! They are both 8 years old but since it was first time, took them to treetop juniors. They loved it and went multiple rounds on tracks.

Great courses increasingly getting harder as you go on.even if you’re a kid you can still do the junior courses overall a great experience I would definitely go back

Nothing to lose, plenty to gain. Scared of heights, no need to be...100% safe.

The Gold Coast Canyon Flyer Zipline Tour is well worth the price and trip up the mountain. The two guides, Eli and Harry were very professional, entertaining, knowledgeable and safety was their number one priority. The atmosphere was relaxed ensuring everyone was able to have a great experience travelling at 60klms/hr, 70 metres above the ground while attached to a wire cable. The activity is totally safe which is made possible by the facilities and staff. The safety equipment is well maintained, fitted correctly and allows full enjoyment to be gained. Recommend for all, even those scared of heights as you are secured by two tethers 100% of the time. You won't regret the experience.

I would definitely recommend Mt Tambourine Treetop Challenge!! Service was fast and easy!! Courses were amazing and staff were so friendly and amazing 😊

Did the juniors challenge with a 4yr old who is adventurous, but impatient. Upon booking, the advice was to check in 30mins before start time, which we dutifully did. There was nothing to entertain the kiddo until start time (whereas DigIt at least had some colouring in pages), and once we reached the start time, there was at least another 30mins waiting for everyone to get kitted u, before going through the rules. I absolutely appreciate the importance on safety, but an extra staff member (there were 3 on duty) might’ve sped it up. Otherwise, don’t get there too early like we did, or prepare with your own activities to keep them happy while they wait. Once kicking off though, the experience was fabulous. Kiddo had an absolute ball, and the staff struck a good balance of monitoring the kids, but also encouraging them to overcome their fears (one kid in the group kept freezing up, and the staff went up there and talked him through it to complete the course). Although again, an extra staff member would’ve been super helpful here as they negotiated the backlog and fallout from this. Parents are able to spectate and provide encouragement from the ground beneath, and note there is a reliance on parents to ensure compliance with kids following the rules and instructions. But it was nice to see parents would encourage the kids other than their own as well, and the kids responded well to that. Absolutely recommend this activity, and will be back again. Shoutout to the three staff that were on 3/1/25.
