This was a fabulous class. Lydia, our chef, gave us clear instructions on what to do and made the class fun. We were a group of 8 and everyone got on very well. Everyone couldn’t wait to taste the dishes and we weren’t disappointed. We made tagliatelle and ravioli and the gelato was the best! Thanks Lydia for making our afternoon so enjoyable, we will recommend to others and if back in Palermo will sign up for the pizza class 😊

We had a great time! Frederico was our guide and he was very personable and knowledgeable about the wine making process, the olive oil process and was eager to tell us about Florence where he was born and raised. The wineries were beautiful! It was like being in a postcard! I wish the dinner had a few more courses so we could the wines with different foods but the food was delicious and traditional Italian, like Nonna would make. Our group had 2 cans and everyone got along and conversations were constantly flowing. I highly recommend this tour.

Shiva and Anna were the best teachers and kindest people. Incredible patience and always happy to give help. The class atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The end product was also delicious! Wine and soft drinks included. Really fun evening!!!! Would definitely do it again.
