Great class and great...
Great class and great chef who was very knowledgeable and helpful in teaching how to make authentic pizza and gelato. Strongly recommended.

Palermo - eyes open
Great overview of Palermo with hidden location gems, which you only get knowledge of with a local brilliant guide. The reason for the lower rating is the cathedral portion was missed due to a wedding, yet the guide had no alternative sites permitted by the agency to view with guests. This shortened the tour by 20 minutes. Suggest that guests bring water to stay hydrated in the tour.

The chefs make the class!
My husband and I took our adult nieces to do this for their first night in Florence. It was a fun way to have dinner as a family! We each made our own pizza picking our own toppings. Then we made chocolate gelato as a group! It was delicious!! I have Celiac and knew the class wouldn’t be safe for me to eat but the chef made the gelato with cornstarch so it was GF!!! Also, the chef had time to make me some GF pesto so I could eat with my family. This was very kind and unexpected! Way above and beyond!! Water and wine were provided. Other groups had children and they were offered different drinks. Also the children were encouraged to be involved in making the gelato and answering questions. They each made their own pizza. Both chefs, Jon and Federico, were great with all ages! At the end you get a certificate for completing the class and they will send you a recipe booklet.

Excellent fun night with our chef Jon. Pizza was delicious and gelato even more so. If you want a fun evening this is a must do in Florence

Don’t do it
We were booked to do the Colosseum with Arena Floor and Roman Forum - Half Day Tour. Star time on the ticket - 15:00. Imagine our surprise when the times of the tour was bought forward to 13:30…. Failed to answer the phone for confirmation and when we did get through 1 hr 15 mins before the time on the ticket were told the tour had commenced at 13:30 not 15:00 and by some miracle we were checked in and apparently were enjoying the interior and guided tour of the colosseum as we spoke to the towns of Italy staff. Don’t touch this tour operator, plenty of better more reputable options available

Fun but long and you should eat before going.
Chef Jon was fantastic! The experience was great but did go a little long. By the time we were able to eat it was almost 9pm (6:30p start). The pizza booked quick but our crusts were burnt and separate from that lacked some flavor. The fresh mozzarella and toppings were delicious though. The wine (only one option, Chianti) was not great but we were able to get juice and soda too. We stayed to try the gelato so when we got out it was too late to get dinner. If we had started earlier I think we would have had more gusto by the end. We all became a little cranky and hungry. Maybe serving some small snacks while waiting for the dough to rise would have helped.

A delightful experience. A fun and informative class with delicious food.
This is our 2nd cooking class in Italy; our 1st was last year in Rome. Fabrizio was amazing! Very knowledgeable, patient and gave out great tips. My daughter and I were very pleased with his class. There was enough time to learn, cook, eat, drink and chat. Well balanced!

To the top of the dome, gently
Views from top of the dome are spectacular but the ones from the terrace are not to be looked down upon. More important, this tour breaks down the journey into 2-3 manageable segments. First to the terrace, inner gallery and then to the top. Skipping the lines and full Gheberti pass are all additional benefits

少人数での開催だったこともあり、懇切丁寧に教えていただき、はじめてのパスタ作りでしたが、とても美味しく作ることができました。

La guia muy bien dando excesivos datos, parece que hay que llenar 1 hora para compensar altos precios, mejor que sean 30-40 minuto y descuenten 20-30 euros.
